Twice now i have purchased Goldlion products from Amazon and they are not branded anywhere on the item or packaging as Goldlion products. Although not what i paid for, they are good quality but i could have got them cheaper

Unfortunately the day I got these my air fryer broke. So I’ve not used them in it but have found many other uses. They work good as a steamer tray. I’ve used them in our convection toaster. I’ve used them as cooling racks. They clean up nicely in the dishwasher even when caked with baked on junk.

Fantastic Rack! Fits perfectly in my 6 quart Instant Pot to be used with my IP Air Fryer Lid. Also, it's great for baking or air frying on several different levels vs. only 2 levels with the IP air fryer basket. Very easy to clean. Highly recommended.

I use this not only for dehydrating, but air frying in general. I made a double batch of salmon and it did well. It cleans up well too.

I used this for batches of beef jerky, probably about 7-8 times now. I've also made dried apple chips. Both came out great. It's a huge capacity expansion over the insert that comes with the Instant Pot Air Fryer, which has only 2 shelves while this rack has 5 shelves. So you can process 2.5x as much food as before. So if you already have the Instant Pot Air Fryer and want to get into dehydrating, this rack saves you a lot of money and gives you most of the features of a dedicated dehydrator.Air flow between the shelves is decent. Halfway through drying I take all the shelves out and rotate bottom to top so my stuff dries evenly. It's not too difficult and I understand the volume inside the Instant Pot is limited so they had to compromise between number of shelves and space between them.Cleaning it up after making jerky was a bit difficult but that was probably partly my fault, as I use it back-to-back for 3-4 batches about 6 hours each, so the marinade really dried on there. A sponge was not working at all but once I switched to a little scrub brush it really got all the wires clean quickly.Construction is good, made of food grade stainless steel and the metal feels very strong and solid. Collapses down very easily for storage. Overall a great product, making homemade jerky will save you so much money over store bought that this rack will pay for itself after processing 4-5 pounds of meat.
