Nifty product and a decent price.
It's both esthetically pleasing and functional. I chose the two-color at a premium price because there is something to be said for appearance as well as functionality. This works good for sound dampening with fan and disk noise. I have a couple of servers with expansion bays--that's 8 fans and 14 drives. You need a little something to help with that. These work great.Cut to shape (scissors work fine) and use a little spray adhesive (I used automobile overhead support) and it sticks nicely to a clean/flat surface. While 2" thick would've been better, the space requirements wouldn't allow that.

Works great! and looks fantastic!
Works well, does not reduce sound, but does capture sound from echoing whenever you are recording. That's what I use mine for. And looks fantastic. Its worth the money if you do recording or streaming.

I am considering buying more of these and recommend them. Acoustic treatments are a very space & ...
These foam tiles were packaged well and arrived quickly. I bought them to add some echo reduction on a wall in my home music studio. They fit perfectly in the space I had in mind and aligned well (I arranged them in a 4x3 staggered block, as shown in the sample photo). The fact that they are fire retardant gives some extra peace of mind. I noticed no odd odors. I attached them to the wall with 3M Command strips, one in each corner of the block, and after a couple weeks they seem to be holding on just fine--but they are in a place where they are not subject to any movement or other forces. I am considering buying more of these and recommend them. Acoustic treatments are a very space & use-dependent thing. For my purposes they were just right.

Not the best bang for the buck but, great quality.
A little pricey but that is what you pay for good quality. They did not arrive compressed and they are extremely easy to install. I installed on the corners of the room and on a door over a layer of Peacemaker® 3.2mm Sound Insulation by Audimute and it really helped muffle the sound going in and out of the door as well as improve acoustics in the room.

Not worth spending this much for only 12 of those but quality is great.
i once ordered off of amazon 3 packs of 12" x !2" which came with 12 on amazon and was only 30$ all together . Not worth spending this much for only 12 of those but quality is great .

Easy to work with.
A little thinner than I expected but that isn't a bad thing. Packaged nicely, easily seperable, cut perfectly to 12 inches and truely square. Easy to work with, although if you like your paint or wall, I would use 3m removable adhesive strips and not spray adhesive.I ran out of tile so I ordered 2 more packs.

Pretty good bang for the buck overall
Pretty good bang for the buck overall. I bought this 12 pack and used it to line the inside of a coat closet that I'd temporarily converted into a recording booth, using double-sided tape. It did a good job of cutting down the reverb significantly. The 12 pieces were enough to get the job done in my case, although I had a pretty small space to work with, and your best bet is probably to buy as much coverage as you are willing to pay for. I was using them for a recording project, however they'd be great for optimizing the sound in a home theater too (you might want the colored ones for that, though).
