I've been using Jits Grips for a few weeks now and I can already feel improvement in my overall grip strength. The design makes it super easy to hook up to workout machines; personally I've been using them with dumbbells since. I would definitely recommend this to any grappler looking to enhance their grip.

An absolutely fantastic & innovative tool to quickly develope gi grips. Very versital with the extra straps to attach the grips to kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells & other bands to name a few to help produce gorilla like grip strength, when garbing ahold of your opponent on the mats.

The grips are exactly as described and what I expected. The uses of the jits grips go as far as you imagination. It would have been helpful if it came with literature and detailed instructions on the uses one can get out of them, but information online can easily supplement. The sleeves are made of good quality material and are very, helpful in strengthening my grip. The neoprene strap that comes with it is strong. However, when practicing playing guard or spider guard, it is too thin to get a useful benefit for foot placement. Although the focus is mainly grip play. They should consider adding a really wide flexible material to this package, then it would be a five star review along with added instructions. I did not receive anything for free for this review. I am a Jiu jitsu player and I buy a lot of Jiu jitsu product online. The company also contacted me two days after I received it just to make sure everything was OK, I thought that was good customer service and will definitely make me purchase from them in the future knowing they are expeditious when dealing with customers.

Work very well! I initially thought that they were a section of the lapel but turns out they are the end of the sleeve. Nevertheless, they pull at least 80lbs per sleeve. You can work a variety of grips and they definitely increase your grips. Very satisfied with the product and I would def buy again.

The product arrived disgustingly used and dirty. Otherwise they would have been decent.

Second day using the grips, the metal grips broke!!!!Bad quality and I don't recommend it and I lost my money.

Great product. Only thing I wish was that the sleeves were a little thicker. Other than that I can't complain.

It has help improve my grip strength plus technique, as a white belt I need the most help possible and this is grip trainer is doing the job.
