Good Value, Many Features In A Small Package
Lots of features in a small package. Nice colour printing and quick scanning. Note that the ADF scanner is only single sided. Works well with Ubuntu - wired and WiFi

ink is very costly
brother printer ink technology is built in such a way that if any color ink toner is empty the printer will stop working. even though I filled high capacity black ink toner and set the printer to print in black and white still all toners are used for printing and once any one ink is finished the printer stops printing in black and white also and asks to change the ink toner for example yellow in my case. it's very bad design and kind of ripping off the customers. I recommend don't buy this printer. Go for other better ones available in market.

Good print quality, fast printing easy to setup did not even need to see the manual. Connected through Wi-Fi.

VERY HIGH INK CONSUMPTION
The Ink consumption for this Brother Printer is too high and the amount we spent for replacing the cartridges can be used to buy a good high end color printer. The quality of the printer is also not good as it broke down in the first 6 months of use and had to be returned for service.

Printer purchase on 26th Jan and now the Printouts are having black thick lines. Not satisfied very bad quality!!
