Great ingredients, lightweight tablets that aren't too hard to swallow. Though they can get sticky and you have to take soo many per day which is difficult to keep up with.

She takes them every day and says they help with her hips and joints and skin. They also seem to be made out of decent quality ingredients. I know some are made out of products that can cause serious health issues over time but these seem to be made directly out of animal collagen, so no issues.

I suppose I should start by saying, I never review anything but I will read hundreds of reviews before buying a product. With that said, I figured I should, at the very least, begin to review products that I repurchase because that means they're working! Originally I purchased Neocell Super Collagen Type I & III plus Vitamin C because I wanted to help support my joints when exercising. In that respect it has fulfilled its promise. I have felt relief from minor joint aches (for me it's my knees and ankles) in approximately 2 to 3 weeks time. That was all I was looking to accomplish but I have noticed some other benefits as well such as; smooth nails, firmer skin, and overall better hydration. To hit a bit more on these added benefits, my nails have a slight ripple in them but as soon as I take this supplement they smooth out completely. My skin seems firmer, I feel it's because this supplement helps with hydration. Dehydration has always been an issue for me which directly affects the health of your skin but overall, with the help of Neocell Super Collagen (and water!), I am hydrated. I can also attest to the fact that I am 100% positive that it is Neocell Super Collagen Type I & III plus Vitamin C that has caused these positive changes because I started the supplement in October 2012 and by March 2013 I decided that I wanted to try a different Neocell collagen product. I bought the Neocell Fish Collagen plus HA (hyaluronic acid) and up until 2 weeks ago (last week of June 2013), I was taking the fish collagen instead of the super collagen based SOLELY on the fact that I didn't like the idea of the super collagen being derived from bovine collagen. My only logical reasoning for the switch is that I stay away from red meat, so why would I take a supplement that is coming from a bovine source? Well, let me tell you the fish collagen is inferior to the super collagen. So much so that I had a week where my ankles hurt so bad that I could not exercise. I don't believe I can think of any benefit that I experienced using the fish collagen, so I am back to taking the super collagen and it has only been 2 1/2 weeks and already I feel the difference. I will not stray again. Also, just for reference purposes, I am a 29 year old woman, with no major health issues. I exercise about 4-5 times a week (high intensity, 20-30 minute routines). I was taking other supplements such as fish oil (for overall health), zinc (immunity), and a probiotic. I now take my super collagen twice a day and a probiotic before bed. Also, I only take 2 tablets of super collagen two times a day compared to the recommended 3 tablets two times a day. I am a small individual at 5'1" and 105 lbs, so I usually take about 1/2 of whatever medications/supplements suggest. Even at this smaller dose, I still see the benefits from the super collagen.

After it builds up in your system I would slow it down to 3 a day or I do 3 every other day or else I'll look like a greasy pig lol
