Helpful for clamshells
I got these to add some resistance to the clamshell exercises (lying on my side, ankles together, spreading knees apart) that I'm doing to try to reduce the illiotibial band syndrome knee pain I get when running. They work well for this, with the light and medium resistances providing useful resistance.I got these wide fabric bands instead of narrower latex rubber ones in the expectation that they ruck up less and generally be more comfortable, which does indeed seem to be proving the case.They seem well made and come with a lightweight drawstring mesh bag. Some men might find the colours to be on the feminine side, but I'm not too bothered!
