52" Clearwater Indoor Outdoor Ceiling Fan with Light Kit

My husband was somewhat hesitant about my ordering them but, once I read all of the description information and wonderful reviews, he agreed to the purchase. They arrived in just 3 days. My brother, who is a general contractor, installed them for us. He has installed several ceiling fans and he was able to completely install the Clearwater fan in only 20 minutes! He really appreciated the ease of installation.And, we couldn't be happier from their detailed design to the generous amount of air that they move.The company was so kind to follow up as to our satisfaction. My husband and I were looking for fans to go in our beach condo. We bought two, one for the living room and one for the dining room. I LOVE this fan! They look great in the condo! Very easy to install, too.

Great price, beautiful fans. I ordered 2 for my long front porch. They have independent switches for the fan and the light, so during the day, if we want to use only the fans, the lights can be turned off. Then at night we just flip on the lights too. They've been in use for several spring/summer seasons and are still beautiful!

So glad I ordered this fan. It was easy to put together an install and well worth the money. I checked out other fans and they could not compare to this one. I was impressed from what I saw on line but it cannot compare to what this fan looks like in person. Well constructed, I bought two of them to use on my covered front porch and have no doubt that they will last for a long long time. Very, very pleased with this purchase.

I was excited to find a gray fan that matched the exterior of my home and covered patio. It looks great and like a much more expensive fan. It was difficult to assemble and install because some essential screws/washers were missing. It took two trips to the hardware store to find matching pieces. My daughter just bought and installed a fan by the same company. It had all the parts and was much easier to install. Overall I would recommend this company.

Very nice fans for the price. They are also sold in Lowes but got them on Amazon cheaper. The boxes came with considerable damage but the fans were okay. They arrive as scheduled. I installed outside on a rental unit porch...no problems yet. I hope they last in the weather. They are a sand color and not white. Outdoor fans can be pricey but these were very affordable.

We got this for our porch and it works great. It was fairly easy to put up. Of course I did not put it up my husband did ..lol. But its quite and runs well. We have ceiling fans in almost every room in our house. It looks nice and it is well made. We do not use the light portion of this unit. Only using the fan feature as we don't need to use the light. And on high it rotates the air in our porch to move it because it gets kind of hot.

Exactly as advertised. Fairly easy to install. I made one little mistake on the first one (I put a collar on upside down) but I'm probably the only one who will ever notice it.. The pull chain for the fan doesn't operate very smoothly when using the guide to get it around the light. I took it out of the guide and it works much easier. Fans run very smoothly, no wobble, right out of the box. Now It's just wait-and-see how they hold up in Phoenix 110+ summer days on the patio.
