What's the min cabinet size this will work inside of?

For the 10w x 21d x 9.6h -inch, Style Name: Bakeware Organizers, the depth and height are accurate but the width is not, your MINIMUM cabinet width must be 10 1/2" or wider, I bought this for a 10" wide cabinet opening and the shelf is 10 1/4" so would not fit. Installed instead in a 14" wide cabinet, which works well with a little room on one side for additional cookie sheet storage in the cabinet.

Are the spacers adjustable?

No the spacers are not adjustable. But I find they work well as is.

what is width of each of the 4 sections?

There are only 3 sections each a little greater than 2 and a 1/2 inches wide

Are you able to leave off one of the dividers to create a wider space?

Yes, each of the "divider hoops" mount with chrome nuts underneath!!
