Or, they can be enjoyed on their own. We suggest you drain the olive oil the angulas come in, pour fresh olive oil over them and heat them up before you serve. For a real treat, enjoy these with a crisp glass of Rueda white wine!
These surimi elvers are made from fish, but the flavor is very similar to real angulas. Delicious and you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars! These are prepared in olive oil with red pepper flakes.
