DO NOT BUT KINDLE EBOOK!!!
I just finished my second year of a medical degree in London and found this book a great way to revise anatomy, whether learning first time round, cramming last minute for exams or clarifying acquired knowledge before resits. Follows a logical thought pathway, taking the reader through different structures with review questions and answers at the end. The ultimate revision guide for a med/biomed/human anatomy student. However, I bought the kindle ebook version which has many faults, some of which I was aware of before hand (not enough text on the page, black and white diagrams)and some which were entirely Amazon's fault (diagrams in the wrong place and mismatched captions). I contacted amazons customer support and they expected ME to read through the entire book to indentify all the errors and contact them again with my findings! Something they should have done themselves before making the kindle ebook available for download in the first place. I was then told I had two options: return the ebook (delete from device) and receive a refund or deal with it. Seen as some of the chapters were functional I wanted to keep the book but demanded a discount as I had paid for a fully working copy, which this was not. My request was denied and I will be returning the book. I was told that it would no longer be available online to download, but the fact that I am able to write this review proves that they are still conning people out of their money. Overall a great read. I'm sure the hard copy is brilliant. The ebook however was beyond disappointing, thanks to Amazon's tech team.
