This pad transforms a chair into a heated seat. It can be used in an armchair too to provide heat to your back and thighs. Great for keeping warm. Only reason it is 4 stars is that the lowest setting is still very warm. The controls are in Chinese but easy to work out.

I ordered two at the same time, only one turned up. The one that did turn up broke after 2 days; the travel adapter they have included is cheap and just broke. Now I cannot use it as I cannot plug in with a broken adapter. Save your money, this is not worth it. Fingers x'd the second one turns up - and it doesn't break.

The item was delivered from China with no instructions in English . The item stopped working soon after it arrived and when I contacted the seller I was told because of the Chinese New Year no replacement could be sent but it can be returned to China ( Chinese New Year ?) for a full refund but at my cost . The item would cost a lot of money to return so I have been left nearly £50 out of pocket . I would advise not to buy as it doesn’t say it’s from China abd is not a good product
