The Complete Book of US Presidents, Fourth Edition: Updated for 2021 Hardcover – March 2, 2021

Anyone who enjoys learning about the presidents. Would love this book. Well written and easy to check out information on all our current and past presidents.

~ I am loving this book ~ I purchased to educate myself more in depth about our Past presidents ~ I watched a min series on HBO Max called John Adams and it prompted me to want to learn much more ~ I'm in my 60's so it's been many years since I was in school and when we age we tend to forget important things ~ Enjoy this book filled with photos and in depth info of our presidents and their lives and wives too ~

Very enlightening. It’s a good read.

I like how this book pays attention to the lesser known presidents instead of doing what most history books do and gloss over them to focus on the cool kids. It gives a great context for some less understood eras in US history. What was going on between the birth of the nation and the pre Civil War era, for example? Exploring why certain presidents got elected and what they hoped to accomplish while in office offers great insight in that regard.I think it was reasonably balanced in its depiction of some of the more controversial figures. Of course the Trumpsters are going to blow a fuse because he isn't portrayed as a god among men, but give or take a SCOTUS nomination count error, the facts are presented well and it paints a useful and enlightening picture of where the nation was at the time of each president's term.

I'm homeschooling my grandson and I felt it was important for him to learn about presidents. He really likes the book. I felt it was priced well for a hard covered book. Very informative and interesting. I'm learning right along with him!

One of my granddaughters has already used this book as source material for a project on James Madison. This book provided almost all of the information that was required for that Middle School project. Dates of birth and death, anecdotes about the first lady and children, stories about the important moments of the presidency and information on where he lived and died. The pictures are wonderful and the book is laid out well, making it interesting to read and easy to understand.

Some presidents' information is more detailed than other. I enjoyed reading about the role of the First Ladies. I haven't finished the book yet so I can't give a review on the entire book.

My Grandson was very happy as he got all the detailed info.One should have it their Personal Library.
