Biote Nutraceuticals - DIM SGS + - Hormone + Detox (60 Capsules)

I have been taking the DIM SGS for a year along with ADK10 AND getting quarterly pellet injections. Some reviews say DIM SGS help with weight control or weight loss, but for me they do not.I also take a GLP-1 for diabetes, but neither of these has helped reduce my weight in the past year, even though I get 2-3 hours of exercise a week.These dont seem to have any side effects, they are easy to use, dont interrupt my sleep and are fairly inexpensive compared to some hormone/menopause "helpers".

If you are reading this review, then you are probably like me. A raging, menopausal woman prone to hot flashes that rival the surface of the sun. I finally got tired of hating everyone, feeling like lava, and carrying around weight that was equivalent to cement (i.e. it won’t move). I got pelleted. According to my dr., I need these to prevent the testosterone from being converted to estrogen (more). Do they work? IDK. Am I taking them? Yes. It is so much easier to have them on subscription, and shipped direct versus having to remember to go to the doctor’s office and pick them up. 5 stars for convenience, and being cheaper than purchasing from the GYN.

Biote program for Hormonal issues. Still needs pellets but if you can not afford their monthly program, these pills will keep you stabilized until you can get in. I also take their 10 bone pills which keeps me stable during short periods of hormonal pellets. This regime works well for me.

Glad to find the real BioTE product and not a look-alike from another company. Good product but, unfortunately, the price of BioTE products are making it more difficult for me to continue much longer.

I noticed a significant difference in my ability to control weight once taking this product. I had to play around with the dose a little bit to find the right one for me, though. The recommended dose made me very irritable. I now open the capsule and do 1/2 capsule per day and it is perfect for me! I just mix it in my morning coffee.

I used this product because I work out and found it helps with muscle soreness, regularity, and quality sleep. Additionally, unlike other magnesium products, this one didn’t upset my stomach.
