All returns of climbing holds that have been used more than 30 days will be charged a 50% return fee. Unused Holds: All Returns of unused climbing holds will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee. Returned holds are subject to inspection. If any holds are damaged during return shipping, the original value of each hold will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
