The length is down to my mid-thigh, excellent for covering my hips and upper thighs so my jeans don't get as wet from water runoff as with my other rain jacket. Also, the material makes this one easier to pack into luggage, not so stiff as many. I want to wear this raincoat almost year-round so I sized up a little (using the size guide), to be able to comfortably layer over sweaters, sweatshirts, even other jackets. Its breathable and has a drawstring waist so I can wear it in warm weather too. Since we travel to the drizzly UK to visit family several times per year, this rain coat will certainly get plenty of use.I like that the hood has a small bill above the eyes, a drawstring to snug it up, a zipper to remove it, and it's roomy around my hair. This is not a fitted style, using the drawstring waist but it's pretty nonetheless. Very pleased with its appearance.

My raincoat just arrived and I've checked it for flaws, tried it on and it's prefect. I wanted to get a different color but decided to get the navy because the coat description recommended that it should not be machine washed, spot cleaning only. It's not going to fall apart in a machine wash, but the finish will be compromised and become less rain resistant. Most all fabrics will be less resistant to soiling after machine washing, so no points against the raincoat for that.It is well made, meaning attention to structure, hanging threads and design details are pristine. The zipper is smooth gliding, the snaps are well fitted and the pull twine in the hood and waist are nicely finished. The coat is light weight and can easily be folded small enough for tight spaces in a purse or luggage.It's such a pretty coat that I've decided to replace my black umbrella with a navy umbrella to match it. Why not finish the look, right? I wanted a raincoat that will look nice with a dress or a suit as well as the longer length to protect my better wardrobe. This is the ideal raincoat for my purposes.I've been looking at this raincoat for almost a year, but I couldn't justify the expense when I have another raincoat. My other raincoat is a version of plastic (?), insulated, heavy, short and fine for winter. As a former fashionista, I'm trying to avoid wardrobe excess, but I still want to look nice and buy smarter. When this raincoat went on Prime sale, I hit the 'buy now' immediately. This raincoat is an excellent decision.

Great raincoat. Size was accurate and I love the side pockets. Hood is a little big with a weird flap on it that falls in my face.

Love the purple color and fit of this purple raincoat! I bought an XL, so I could wear a sweater under it if needed. It can be worn as an all-weather jacket, not just as a raincoat. It's definitely rain proof and has a hood. I like the snaps, so I don't have to zip it up every time. You can also cinch it at the waist if you want a more fitted look. I also bought the bright blue and love it just as much! This is a great find!

It's lighter weight than I expected ( based on the photo). Seems nicely made. True to size. Kept me dry in a light rain today. I am going to keep it, even though I I am not overly excited about it. It will be fine for walking the dog, running to the store, etc. About what one would expect for a $40 jacket. If I decide on something more upscale, I will order something from London Fog.

I had a coat very similar, may have been a little shorterBut I really like this longer length. It is waterproof and that is something I always look for in an all weather coat.

I’m using this for travel, so I needed something that would take up less space yet be a long enough as a covering. I bought the navy color which looks pretty nice and is really lightweight, considering that it has a lining. I ordered my usual size (medium) which fits as expected.

This raincoat fits perfect , long to cover the bottom. I would definitely buy in another colour, love it.

It is just perfect! The right shade of navy and the striped lining is beautiful. It is very well made and very comfortable. It’s a keeper!

I ordered the extra extra large, and it fit more like a large. Nice jacket good quality for the price, but I had to return mine.
