It's expensive, but I love the tingling effect. It's worth buying if you can continue using it to see results.

As a woman of “a certain age” I guess it’s time to start taking care of what I’ve been given! I have pretty good skin overall, especially for an old lady of 54, but there a few areas I’d like to diminish (mainly my waistline but, sadly, this isn’t the right product for that!).I have a bit of rosacea on my nose and cheeks and a few freckles that are getting a little darker than I’d like so, when this product became available, I decided to give it a try.I received 5 masks, individually wrapped, with little to no instructions. Given the single-use format, and the exorbitant price point $72.00 ($14.40 / Count) I expected a more luxurious experience - perhaps a handsome butler to apply it with a posh British accent? The mask was pretty straight forward; take it out, unfold it, try to line up the eyes/nose/mouth. I really would have liked more contact with my under-eye area but I must say that the areas it DID cover/cling to definitely feel tighter and softer than before the treatment.It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because skincare takes time in general and, if you're already using the active ingredient(s), it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look/feel. At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up.At almost $15 each I’ll be saving the rest of these for my next stay-at-home spa day; if my opinions change in any way I’ll update my review accordingly.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!

Soon as I put on this mask, it did start to sting a little. I have it on now, and have for about 15 minutes so far while I write this review, and I still feel that sting, but it's not enough to rip off the mask. I applied it about 20 minutes after I washed my face in the morning, just to give my face time to settle down after cleansing since Doctor Babor products can be intense.I do like Doctor Babor products and have had great results from them, though this brand is pricey.There are five masks in the box. Cotton. I don't like toss-aways as it's not good for the environment, so I didn't think this through about that when I ordered. Cotton may (or may not) degrade faster than synthetics but still, I prefer masks that you apply and wash off.UPDATE!: They finally included an ingredients list and I put it through and ingredient checker - 7 Best, 11 Good, 3 Average, 1 Unrated, and one Worst (which is fragrance). [What I don't appreciate is there is no ingredients list. This is a problem across a lot of skincare and brands need to do better about letting customers know what is in their products BEFORE we purchase them so we can make better choices based on information provided. Since I trust Doc Babor, I was confident, but still.]I waited 20 minutes before I removed the mask as the instructions indicated 15-20 minutes. I patted the little bit of excess into my skin. I also applied the little bit that was left in the enveloped onto why throat and chest.What I liked about this mask is:It didn't slip off my face, even moving around my house it stayed put.There wasn't so much liquid or serum product left over or on the mask that it was gooshy or I felt a lot was wasted. It was just enough.Despite the slight sting to my rosacea-prone skin, I had no redness or irritated feeling once I removed the mask and patted and pressed my hands to my face.My skin had a nice healthy glow - like what people would call 'glass skin,' and on my aging skin that's a plus.My skin felt soft, but it also felt refreshed - it just felt great! Amazing feeling - my skin feels awake!If there was a scent, it was very slight and refreshing, but I'm not sure if there was a scent at all, which is fine by me. Though why add fragrance at all?There is a vitamin c derivative that's a little more gentle - though I do like strong vitamin c serums.I'd use this mask once a week as the instructions indicate to use once or twice a week and I follow the instructions so as not to over-do certain ingredients. As I said, Doc Babor products can be intense.Fan of Doctor Babor.

These are expensive masks, but ultimately, I don't think they are worth it. You will achieve better results if you invest in a good brightening (vitamin C) serum and use it consistently over a month or two instead.

Super hydrating with no irritation. Makes my skin glow.

My experience with these masks left me feeling disappointed.Firstly, given their price point, I had higher expectations for their quality. While the size is decent, they're not the softest I've ever used. The major issue, however, is their poor adherence to my face. Initially, they stay in place for about the first five minutes, but then they start to lift, and I have to readjust constantly.Another problem is their quick dryness, which only worsens their inability to stay put. Within about ten minutes, they dry out to a degree comparable to other masks after 20-30 minutes of use. After removing the mask, I noticed there was barely any serum left on my face.There is a slight tingling sensation for the first 5-10 mins, but it's not uncomfortable. Overall, these masks fell short of my expectations.

These are fine sheet masks, but they work out to $16 each, which is pretty wild for something that doesn’t have an immediate effect or make a noticeable change to my skin. I didn’t experience the tingling that some other reviewers reported. The masks simply feel cooling on my skin. They are well-soaked in serum but not sopping, and they stay in place well. There are no major drawbacks, but I would need to see more significant results to justify the price.

I tried this mask with my daughter. First thing she said is it tingles a lot, I liked the tingle but she was not a fan. She did manage to keep the mask on ( the struggle was real for her 😂 ). The mask did it's job, both of our faces felt so soft and smooth. I did notice some lightening of age spots. My daughter didn't because she in her 30's and doesn't have age spots YET. Overall very happy with these masks. I do have to say I do think the price point is a bit high though. 🤔
