Don't waste your time on this one
I don't even understand why there are any good reviews. IF this worked properly I think I would really enjoy it. Considering the fact that my baby eats about every 2-3 hours it should be easy to just keep a bottle heated and the slow warming shouldn't be an issue. Except for the fact that I worked directly with this company on my first warmer, made sure all my steps were correct and it still didn't work right. I returned the warmer and immediately ordered a new one, thinking the first one must have been a dud. This one has the same issue as before... when clicking the gentle warm, it never switches over to steady warm and continues heating until my milk is boiling and unsalvageable. If you nurse then you understand how your milk is liquid gold and it's really disappointing to have a bottle ruined in 10 minutes.I've played with the amount of water I put into the warmer, started with not pressing power button first and then doing that first. Overall, it has worked maybe 25% of the times I've used it. I tried to find a "trick" or something to make it work, it just doesn't. Such a waste of time and money. Really dissapointing

Good Bottle Warmer for Breastfed babies
We purchased the Maxx Elite bottle warmer because it warms breast milk slowly to preserve all the nutrients which we completely appreciate. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the the purchase. It does take a little longer than a standard warmer, if you are used to a quick warm there is an option to do so on this warmer (it still takes longer than other warmers). One thing I am not super keen on is needing to add water before each warming. I had a warmer in the past that had a reservoir that kept the correct amount of water always ready. I often forget to make sure I have added water which can delay the quickness in warming. It has a sleek and simple design which is nice. It has fit most bottles I have tried such as Dr. Brown's, Avent, Medela, Nuk, Tommee Tippee, Comotomo, Adiri Nexgen, Playtex, Gerber (I have a breastfed baby who refuses bottles....we've tried them all).If you are in a rush to get a bottle warm for a starving baby this many not be the warmer for you HOWEVER if you are trying to preserve breast milk nutrients this is the warmer for you!

Hopefully mine was defective.
The first time I used it was great! I put the milk in to be warmed on gentle warm and it stayed warm for 45 mins. The next night my husband tried to use it on gentle warm and woke me to see if the fact that it was scalding hot was normal. Thank god he didn’t just feed our baby. Since then I have tried using the gentle warm feature and I have had to shut it off anywhere from 50-70*C which completely ruins breastmilk. I wanted to love this so much. I needed it to work! I was looking forward to putting milk in it and it keeping it at the proper temperature until my husband needed it so I could get sleep on the weekends. I’m debating on giving it another try when mine is returned but I just don’t want to throw another $30 away or deal with the hassle of a return.

Good product but takes too long
I really like the quick heating and the sterilization functionality but the gentle warm just takes too long when trying to warm up milk from the fridge or freezer. It warms the water to the right temp but the bottle takes much longer than 8 minutes. This makes it hard to use because I don't have a 20 minute heads up beforehand when it comes to feeding and I don't like to have milk just sitting out forever ahead of time which shortens the time I have to use it before it goes bad. I think it would work better if it worked a little quicker or could better sense the temp of the bottle not just the water.

This bottle warmer is wonderful.
UPDATE: We received a defective item from the first go around. So we left a bad review. It was NOT heating up the milk to the specified temperature. But the company reached out to us and provided us another device for 47 cents. (Apparently they could not give us another one without charge). This device WORKS!! It is so easy to use, you just push one button, and it heats up the milk to the correct temperature and turns off by itself. And is very very user friendly. We have tried 3 other devices and this one is by far the easiest to use with one button your milk is the right temperature/ ours are in the fridge. Wonderful and a must have for busy PARENTS!Unsure about the glowing review. The bottle is NOT warm and the milk is COLD when we cook it on "express". Heck it's cold on all settings / we didn't use the sanitation setting of course since it would be too hot. This thing is going back where it belongs, in the trash. Probably paid reviews is what I am suspecting. OR maybe I got a defective device? It is definitely NOT 70 degrees when it beeps. How can you be happy giving your baby cold milk? All our milk is refrigerated. We thought the DR. Brown ones were bad with the mold etc. but at least that one worked when it was functioning.PS: they wrote they would talk to me about the product and provided this information: You can reply to this email or call our customer service at 561-200-6100, we will be happy to walk you thru operations and features of "Gentle Warm". The phone number doesn't work.

Our warmer is defective, it brings water to a boil when left on gentle warm, so the milk becomes unusable. It also doesn't display temperature when gentle warm feature is turned on, just does the count down from 8 minutes, but if you are a couple of minutes late to pick it up, forget about your milk. It's unfortunate, I was really excited about the product that gently warms your liquid gold...

Not warming like it used to
I bought it almost 3 months ago.. liked the idea that the milk is warm and ready to go when baby is hungry. It worked well for awhile but recently I notice the milk doesn't stay warm enough while in the chamber. The baby would reject the milk then I would have to reheat. Sometimes it would take longer than usual for it to reach 40 celsius. Something is wrong with the heating mechanism. Also the clicking sound every ten seconds is very annoying.
