Wish the had another at the time I ordered

Bought 2 because I obviously needed 2 to do my brakes. Immediately there was a terrible grinding noise on one side. I figured maybe I installed the pads or springs or something wrong. Took everything back apart on that side to be safe. Turns out the drum itself was warped. There's clear discoloration on one side where it goes from a wheat color to pink the purple then blue. Somehow just one side got very hot in manufacturing and cause it to warp. Will reorder a 3rd one hopefully it's fine. Will update review if so. Either way this 20 wasted dollars is still cheaper than the 55 autozone/advance/oreilys wants for one drum so it's still worth the buy.

Had to drill off old drum and this drum is NOT painted NOT balanced and worst of all IT IS OUT OF ROUND. Car violently shakes when braking. pulled old drum from scrap pile scrubbed it and shaking gone. Now this IS IN THE SCRAP METAL PILE WHERE IT BELONGS.

Great drums, especially for the price. I have used these for a couple months now and have put several thousand miles on the car since installing. Perfect fit, no noticeable defects. They seem to be wearing well and evenly. I also painted them before installation and they are holding the paint very well, however, most of the credit for that goes to proper surface prep and using the correct paint for the job.

Not coated with black paint as described, casting spillover onto hub area, not balanced.
