I bought this as a gift for my husband. He has always wanted a Damascus blade. It took a long time to ship but ended up being delivered a day early. The actual knife is beautiful, looks way better than the pictures. The smaller steel blade knife that comes with it is just as good quality. The sheath is genuine leather and well made and the sharpener works well and quick. A little hard to hold onto though. It came with care instructions also. Overall very pleased with the product well worth the price, great deal.

I love the knife and I was surprised by the small pocket knife as I missed that in the description. I am really impressed by the quality of the knife and really hope it will last me a long time. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is becauss the leather case is to small to fit the knife in. I basicly have to try to force the knife in to the case if I want to use it. So that is my only issue.

I was looking an EDC non fixed blade that wouldnt break the bank, has a very good look, heft and sharp. These guys came in with flying colors! Looks great, came oiled, with a pouch and sharpening rod. Just as advertised. Can't wait to try this thing out. I will be writing another review on how well it holds up a few months down to be road once I've tested it. But so far, one good looking and functional knife!

As my son has been recently promoted within the Scout movement, he wanted a good strong sharp knife for their camping trips. As the new team leader it is up to him to display, for example, how to build and start a camp fire, how to make a fishing line etc etc. Using this knife for the last few days to shave wood, cut strong twine etc etc, he absolutely loves the look and complete sturdiness. The locking mechanism is really first class and the edge of the blade has kept its` sharpness.

Good news - Both the large knife and thr small one are - sharp, especially the points. The large knife works fine (opening & closing)Bad news - However the mechanism for closing the small knife will only work with a super amount of force on the release, so once you get it open you essentially no longer have a FOLDING knife. So, for me, it is usless.
