love the mint smell and works for the cowlick in my hair. Keeps the hair down and is not sticky like other products.Will buy again after I use this big jar....Hope they stay in business.Keep up the good work on your products.

Love it! Works great! Not sticky and you can easily restyle. Does not take much...just a dime size amount may be too much!

Purchased this product for my new hair growth post chemotherapy. So far I like it. My hair does not feel greesy from this product and seems to style well.

I use it to keep my beard shaped up and it works well for this. I like that it washes off the hands easily as well. Other than that It's pomade and it smells like mint so I got what I asked for!

I definitely have to say that this particular pomade is one of my favorites I have ever used. The essential oils are a big bonus. This pomade has a very strong hold and its really easy to manage while its setting. The smell is totally acceptable with the essential oils you don't need to think that the smell with be strong and lingering .Lately I have been trying all kinds of pomades on my hair and this has definitely been one of my favorites. It seems like more of a medium to heavy hold to me. I live in South Louisiana and there is heavy humidity, A lot of products I use run really bad or I have to apply them again throughout the day. Although its pretty much spring time here now the days still do get hot and this product has held up greatly. I think it smells better than many of the other pomades I have used also. This product washed out really easily and gave me no problems at all. I think it would be a great addition to anyone's collection looking to add a really good smelling and strong holding pomade. too thick to spread onto hair or scalp...

I have thick, medium to long layered hair with a slight wave. It is coarse enough the leaving it down isn't really flattering as it doesn't have enough movement - no silky flow here. I was looking for something to piece up the ends and thus get some definition, depth and movement because my thick hair would not be like a single piece helmet. I've used pomades before but found them to be too stiff. I tried waxes but they have a dulling effect. So as I was poking around looking at different product info I found this. Since I love mint and the other essential oils in this product, I though I'd give it a shot. Here are my thoughts:1) Interestingly, the product came in a completely different looking container. Not that this matters. Just saying.2) The instructions say to use a dime-sized amount of product. I found this to be too much and caused my ends to be hard and pointy. The second time I tried it I used a TINY bit and just pieced out a piece or two at a time. This allowed me to use less product for nice, slight curled chunky ends. They still looked a little heavy but it was better than the first time. I was surprised to see when I went to the bathroom about 2 hours later that the stiffness was gone but the peaciness remained. My hair was shiny and bouncy. Nice. The next day I tried it again and had the same experience. Now I do my hair first thing in the morning and by work it has loosened up nicely.3) Regardless of all of the essential oils in the product there is almost no fragrance.Now for disclosure time. I got this as part of a reviewer program. Trust me. You want me reviewing this stuff because I have no qualms about saying something is garbage even if I got it for free. I tell it like I see it. I'm so happy I finally tried this mint pomade. I live in south Florida which is known for some serious humidity. I would always wash my hair then spend about 30 minutes styling it, as soon as I hit the outdoors my hair would frizz up in a hundred different directions. It was a situation I didn't think would ever get better unless I used some strong chemicals to have it permanently relaxed. I started to use the Retro styling pomade a few weeks ago and I was so pleasantly surprised to see what a big difference it made. For the first time in ages my hair looked polished shiny and put together. Best of all no frizz. The pomade has a really lovely minty fragrance too, which I found very refreshing.
