This could be the best couch value for money out there. The delivery is really fuss free, very professional, all you need to do is sit back, tell the gents where to place it and when it's all over, get rid of the packaging. Brilliant sofa bed. To be completely honest, we were a bit scared about the size at first. But as the days went by, it kind of dawned on us that the size was actually perfect. Just goes to show what good measuring gets you. Also, read some reviewers that complain about the couch being quite hard. I guess this boils down to personal preferences. For us it is very comfortable and we have seen VERY hard sofas and very soft ones. This one is just the right kind for us. Once ordered, the company will call you with a date of delivery and an hour. Very prompt and on time, even though they had 11 other deliveries on the same day. Highly recommended and couldn't praise them enough!

Absolutely stunning! Fabulous quality and looks like it's worth double the price! It is firm to sit on but at the same time extremely comfortable and in my experience, firmness with sofas, soften in time! The storage is huge and bed sofa lifts out in seconds! It is extremely heavy, so make sure you know exactly where you want it when its delivered and set up! The delivery was 100% service, a call prior and 2 lovely young men quickly and efficiently set the sofa up, they were amazing !

Sofa is super comfy, came on time and the guys were very nice and assembled it in less than 15min, was quite impressed!It came with the 3 white cushions which add a nice touch.Haven’t tried it as a sofa bed yet but the opening and closing of it looks simple !Was thinking to buy a cheaper one but then read all the good reviews about this one, and when they say that is best to spend a little more for a good quality piece of furniture they are absolutely right.

The media could not be loaded. THIS SELLER IS BY FAR THE WORST SELLER IVE EVER DEALT WITH. THERE DELIVERY PEOPLE FROM THERE OWN COMPANY HAD NO RESPECT FOR MY HOME OF SOFA. THEY DAMAGED MY SOFA, AS GOT BAD TEMPERED TRYING TO GET IT THROUGH MY HALLWAY AND SMASHED IT THROUGH MAKING A HUGE HOLE, ALSO DAMAGED MY HOME IN NUMEROUS PLACES BROKE MY PLUGIN DOORBELL, THE WIRE TRUNKING, AND HIT A LOT OF PAINT OFF THE DOOR FRAME. I TRIED TO BE REASONABLE AND SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT THE DOORBELL ETC AS WAS PROMISED ON VIDEO ABOVE I COULD CHOOSE A FOOTSTOOL OR A PARTIAL REFUND. WHEN THEY LEFT THE COMPANY OFFERED ME £40 AFTER A FEW WEEKS GOING BACK AND FORTH AND ONLY AFTER I SHOWED A VIDEO OF THEM SAYING IT, BUT FOR A FIST SIZE HOLE IN THE NEALRY 1000 QUID SOFA, I TOLD THEM THATS AN INSULT WHICH IT IS THEN THEY LIED AND SAID THEY DONT DO REFUNDS, YET I HAVE TRANSCRIPTS, I TRIED TO REPORT TO AMAZON WITH THE PROBLEM WITH SELLER BUTTON BUT THE OPTION ONLY LET ME CONTACT SELLER OR SEND BACK WHICH I COULD NOT DO AS MY PARTNER DIDNT WANT THEM BACK IN THE HOME. WILL TAKE TO COURT AND OMBUDSMAN ABOUT THIS AS ITS TOTALLY WRONG THE WAY WE BEEN TREATED AND THE WAY THERE ALOUD TO GET AWAY WITH IT.P.S AFTER ONLY 6 WEEKS THE SOFA IS FLAT AS ITS NOT EVEN SPONGE DONT KNOW WHAT MATERIAL IT IS BUT IM NOT BIG AND ITS TO THE WOOD ALREADY TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE!!

Delivery: I bought this sofa via Amazon and the delivery was real fast.Drivers: The delivery drivers brought the sofa in, fixed it without any hassle for us. I am very pleased about their service provided. 5 stars for the delivery drivers.Product: very beautiful sofa but solid rock. We did not feel comfortable on sitting or laying down. But the sofa looked beautiful, luxury and very sturdy. If you are a person who would like to sit in a soft sofa, this is not your choice.Comfortable: 2 starsLook: 5 starSturdy: 5 starReturn: return is not free and they will not arrange for collection. As my husband got a big van we did not had any problem on taking it to the warehouse. As we took by our self, the delivery divers took it over and sorted the rest in warehouse. The gentleman we met at the showroom office was very kind and showed us other sofas that we are interested on. 3 stars for ease of return but 5 star for the service provided.Refund: refunded the whole money without any issue. 5 star for ease of refund.Recommendation: visit their warehouse in person to find your dream sofa. They have quite a lot collections. Cheap and best.

Fast delivery and easy to assemble. Looks lovely and expensive. Plenty of room for family (3 kids, 2 adults). That’s the good points!Bad points - so uncomfortable and stiff. Have had the sofa a couple of months thinking it just needed broke in. Corner seat has gone squeaky when moving on / off and it’s so firm that it’s like sitting on a bench. It’s cheap for a reason I suppose.

Was a bit nervous about ordering a sofa on Amazon, as I couldn't sit on it to try it out, I took the plunge though due to the amount of time honeypot have been making sofas, and the good reviews. I wasn't disappointed at all, it's firm which I wanted but very comfortable, and is softening without losing its shape or look, I'm very impressed with the high quality material on the sofa which is so soft to the touch, including 3scatter cushions, the head or back rests are brilliant and pull up and push down into position really easily. The double pull out bed is also brilliant, really easy to set up with one ✋, I viewed much more expensive sofas in showroom's and they are no where near as good as this is, or so easy to use the bed, so value for money for this sofa is incredibly good, I'm so pleased with my new sofa it's great, also the delivery men were excellent, quickly and efficiently installing it into the room of my choice with no fuss, both with a smile. So I personally highly recommend Honeypot sofas👍.
