Very well-made basket. Tight construction and smooth surfaces (as much as necessary for a banneton - it's not a piece of furniture for cryin' out loud).Very happy with this purchase and will buy from BrickOvenBaker in the future if I need more of these.

It looks like it would be better than it actually is. A couple of pieces broke off when I flipped the second bread out. Disappointed.

Banneton....the Bugatti of bread baking. Work great, easy clean, no issues, no warping, used them a lot so far. You know you have quality when using them compared to other materials. Just saying....you know. A little pricey but it's worth it.

First time using a Banneton for the dough to rise .. and I Love it! I followed directions (lightly spraying with water), floured it well and hadno problem with the dough 'sticking' .. in fact, the banneton released the dough very easily. I recommend this product for every serious bread baker (it makes those Artisan Loaves look gorgeous)!

I have been wondering about This bread profiling basket. Use this first time yesterday, and it does not stick my dough. Release easily with nice pattern.
