I like the size of the cubes ! Now the bad, the trays are so flexable , that its very difficult to get them in the freezer without spilling the water ! the result is a lot of the cubes are not full cubes !! WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF THE TRAYS WERE MORE RIGID !

I had bought 3 silicone trays a year ago (from a different seller), liked them, so decided to buy a few more. But I quickly came to like these trays even more!Getting ice cubes out of silicone trays is inherently a bit more challenging than "traditional" plastic trays -- they don't just pop out with a simple "twist". Instead, each cube has to gently pushed out from the bottom. But the silicone of these trays is much more pliable than the trays I bought a year ago, allowing me to sort of "stretch and twist" the tray first, so the cubes push out much easier and quicker. Also, the lid design is slightly better than the first set of trays I bought.

Unlike some other reviews, I had no issue with smell when the trays arrived. I just gave them a quick wash with soap and hot water and they were ready to use! Yes, I spilled water trying to put the first tray in the freezer. However, it's super easy to transport on the lids they come with so I had no issues after the first try.This morning I needed a cube to cool down my tea and was surprised at how perfect the size of the cube was! I feel like Goldilocks who found her perfect cube size. It was just big enough to cool down my cup of boiling tea and still leave it hot. And it was super easy to get a cube out due to the flexibility of the silicone. I'm a fan!

Hideous smell I cannot remove but other than that great product

These are great... Boil them for about 20 minutes or so in a pot on the stove. They make nice 1 inch x 1 inch cubes.

They do the job they are supposed to do but there is literally no stability so it is awkward to move it after filling it. The lid doesn't help but rather encourages the bottom to bend.Getting ice out isn't a big deal. Sometimes it takes a bit of extra work if the ice has frozen over the top.I'd say pass on this one. There are better ones out there.

The reason why I gave this a 2 star review is because ONE is because the horrible silicone smell that the ice cubes smell and TASTE like when they are melting in my drink. I didn’t realize it until a while after because I usually drink my drink fast. So I’m thinking is it my water, so I switched to spring water in a bottle to make them and then after having the same taste and smell I smelled the trays and it is them for sure. I hand wash so it’s not like I’m melting them in the dishwasher. Secondly, the trays are very fragile when you first put them in the freezer and you can’t stack them on top of each other unless you want some frozen and some unfrozen. I really wanted to like these because it is the perfect size cubes, easily come out and I love the color. I had to return them.

The trays are made of a very thin rubber material, even empty it is very floppy. I was not even able to use these as they had several holes in the super cheap material. Holes and water are just not a good combination, so unfortunately I cannot recommend these at all. They went straight into the recycling trash.
