This is a back up for me. I have added amla to my diabetic fight. It along with other natural ingredients,support and help me maintain my glucose levels. I live in Chicago,where I can get seasonal fruit and vegetables from various ethnic sources. I find the powder being on the shelf,more convient. It mixes well in cold or hot liquids and foods. It can be a little grity. I mix it with hot water,let it cool and settle. Then I decant it into my drink. It tastes a little citrusy but not as bitter or sour as the whole fruit.

Herb was good and original.

I follow a YouTuber who recommend that this for strengthening the hair. I'm a bit leery after another incident following a YouTuber who recommended another herb. At any rate I decided to go with this and once I received a package it also gave different uses for it. One for face mask one for a hair mask and of course you can just drink it as tea.

Superfood

A little goes a long way. The taste is very bitter. Also great for facial masks.

I used this as hair mask along with other Ayurvedic herbs but i havent seen much hair growth or anything so i dnt think if it does much for me in that regard. However you get a relatively good amount for the price
