This homeopathic remedy does what it says, especially taken the way it says. Fits easily in a purse to have in a pinch. Great way to have something that works without the chemical properties of other products on the market.

Works like tums or any other antacid. I don't believe it will take the place of omeprazole because it is not time released.

Dissolveable tables are chalky and not sure if they help that much like tums, tums don't work for me either, only gaviscon or Mylanta but ypu can't carry those in your purse.

Didn't want to take the prescriptions that have serious side effects? This works! Now I do take care of myself so I don't know how it works for those who overeat greasy foods or get acid reflux from alcohol consumption.

I bought it for acid reflux and before taking one I decided to check the ingredients and I found STRYCHNINE ALKALOID on it. I asked a question in Amazon AI and the answer is the Acidil does not have it, but you can see in the pictures that it has.I read the reviews before buying and the majority were positives . I don’t understand because if you research Strychnine is a terrible poison.
