The projector is great for playing movies indoors. We don't have space for a large TV in our apartment so this is a great solution, and we can easily set up the projector in different places around the house as needed. It comes with an HDMI cord so all you might need is an HDMI adaptor if your laptop doesn't have HDMI built in. I happen to have a selfie stick tripod so I can project a bit higher up; the tripod screw on the bottom of the projector is super handy. I can see myself bringing this with me when traveling, since it's small and light. Last but not least, it is pretty, which is kind of rare for a projector I would say, so happy about that. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a home projector!

I ordered this projector and got it only two days later which was great seeing as i was already excited about it arriving. It came very well packaged, as seen and contained all the things pictured. Set up was easy, only problem was that the package did not include a hdmi cord that was compatible with my phone (iphone 7+), which i knew because it was stated in the product description. I went out to 3 walmarts and a best buy looking for a lightning to hdmi cord but ultimately decided to just purchase a fire stick since i had no luck finding the cord. The fire stick works great so far. Another problem i ran into was that the sound didnt work at first but seeing other replies helped me figure out that i needed to change the sound setting to pcm for it to work. The quality is very good and the picture can be adjusted to the size you want. The sound is also pretty good for the price, which im not complaining about. Hope this helps !

This projector meets my needs satisfactorily. I am using this as a tutor with individual students when I meet with them, to project my notes on the wall and show photos and "Smart Board" software for teaching sessions. The brightness and color are very good. You will need to make sure to angle it squarely with the surface onto which you are projecting, as there is no way to tweak the top-to-bottom or the left-to-right ratios. And you cannot really project any further away than about 6-8 feet from the wall/display screen to ensure you can focus the image well. The image is quite pixelated, but you do get what you pay for. Overall, I am happy with this product!(In the photos I've included, you can get an idea of the image quality. You will see the pixels, and sometimes this will obsure text, if it is small. I have included photos of a soccer player of my MacBook screen and how the projector renders it.)

Can't even explain how many things are wrong with this product! Bought an adapter. Tried to use it a few times (I'm not tech stupid and I am a tech support person). What a ripoff!

This projector works but the screen was very dim in semi-lit rooms. The projector is fragile but this is great for a cheap limited use option.

I made sure I read the reviews before purchase and I can say I’m glad I purchased it dispute the negative reviews....it had me wondering if they were paid negative reviews because all the things they were complaining about I didn’t have a problem with maybe I just got lucky then. The number one thing I saw in the reviews were issues connecting to the phone...I didn’t encounter this issue because I figure if your trying to play YouTube , Netflix or any streaming services off your phone your better of with a usb streaming stick like fire stick, roku etc. so you don’t have to buy or use a WiFi adapter because they already have them inside the stick. That’s what I got it for not cellphone or tablet use. I found this out because I bought a WiFi adapter trying to use if for the fire stick like the description said come to find out I didn’t need it just the fire stick no USB adapter need. Secondly so far as clarity issues I think those who were having clarity issues didn’t adjust the focus on the side...because I sure had this issue when I turned it on trying to adjust it in the settings the remembered there was a focus toggle on the side and came out crystal clear after I adjusted it. So idk what the other folks were talking about because I works for my needs. Especially for 50 and it makes great for traveling and having movie nights in the park.

My girlfriend and I picked this up as we're both artists and figured it'd be good to use for murals and maybe a fun cinematic experience a few nights a week.Long story short, after about a month this little puppy went ca-put! Wouldn't recognize sound at first via HDMI.. we figured "ok, we'll just use speakers" then the next day, the video went out. Tried multiple wires and devices.Picture quality was also quite pixelated before these other issues too.Everything combined was enough to get us to return our item for a refund.I guess you get what you pay for!

My roommates and I use this in our college dorm suite for movie nights, presentation nights, and more fun activities. It was a little challenging to figure out how to use this at first especially with my MacBook (had to buy an adapter that was compatible with the c-plug) but once I figured it out it was super easy. The speaker from the projector is not very loud for a bigger group of people but we just connect a Bluetooth speaker to out laptops and it works very well. It's not the BEST projector but for the price it works really well. Overall, one of my favorite purchases!
