Sweatshirt Fleece Stretch Heather Grey, Fabric by the Yard

This is nice sweatshirt fabric, a little stretch but not too much. Perfect for making a hooded scarf, medium weight fabric. I would definitely buy more for other projects. I have been sewing for over 40 years and definitely would recommend this fabric.

The fabric doesn't ball up on the back very fast. So far it is still soft.

Has good stretch but isnt super soft. It definitely has a cheaper polyester feel. But it fit the bill and was fairly affordable.

my toddler neice wanted a ghost poncho so I was honestly looking for cheap fabric, since she will out grow it quickly. This stuff was thicker and better quality than I was expecting for the price. I also noticed it was packaged with care, it makes me believe they take great pride in their work and products. I will likely order from seller again.

It has a bit stretch in one direction, which I expected however some reviewers said there was 0 stretch in any direction, which is not the case. This fabric is super thick and nice. I could just serge the edge and have a nice blanket. Ordering more soon, going to make some hoodies.

The outside of this was regular sweatshirt material, and the inside was a soft fuzzy white, so it looks good when I roll up the sleeves. I've ordered this is another color, I like is so much. A sweatshirt with raglan sleeves comes together in no time using a serger. I didn't add the neck back, but just folded under the neck and stitched.

The color is nice, though the underside is off white. So this is printed rather than dyed? Looks cheap. It's ok for children's play clothes but would use it for anything I don't consider semi disposable clothing. Fluffy but limp and not beefy like the cloth premium sweatshirts are made of - at this price it should be better goods.

Made sweatpants for my husband and he liked the fabric. It’s thick and warm.
