Good weight and size. The quality is good. Easy for cutting, chopping, and slicing. It comes very sharp and it looks fantastic.

I love this knife. Takes and keeps and edge well. Easy to chip an entire chicken in half. Delicate enough for sliced brisket. The fact that you can flip it sideways and pick up your freshly cut ( whatever) is a big bonus. I'll be buying more and gifting them.

Not about the knife
The knife was excellent in fact I purchased the second one this is just a complaint about something else if you buy anything electronic or furniture from Amazon do not take any warranty that says Allstate because Allstate will not honor their warranties. Several people have complained I've heard it said the company was bought and the new owners don't care all I know is I don't use Allstate. That limits my purchases with Amazon. If it says Asurion I might try it because I've never had a problem with that. Remember all state bad knife really really good

The blade is fine, but is advertised with shealth and stone which I did not receive.
