I had heard of this product a few years ago but never bought any because I thought it was probably just a cheap plastic gimmick. I was wrong. If you play shooter games, you NEED this. Fortnite, COD, APEX, etc. I'm an older casual gamer who really only plays Fortnite on the weekends but these DO work very well.I'm not really a top-notch player but I do well in my matches. Some people say that these take some time getting used to. Not for me. The very first time using these I noticed a BIG difference in my aim and accuracy. I bought a 2-pack of the high-rise Infernos and put one on each of my two PS5 controller's right thumb-sticks. What you put on your left thumb-stick (if anything) is up to you. My left's just have a standard rubbery non-raised cap for extra traction.A few reviewers said that they fall off all of time but I've had NO issue with that at all. They stay secured as long as you install them correctly. If you want to improve your aim and accuracy, BUY THESE. They're worth it!!!

I like to game competitively and was skeptical about these making me better, I thought it would just be a placebo thing. It took me a few hours to get used to and I increased my sensitivity by one. These things are great though. I only use it on my right thumb stick. It has fallen off a couple times but only because I was messing around in a pregame lobby doing crazy jump spins. I can’t say at this point how long the grip will last, but for someone who only games a few hours a day and not every day, they work great for me. I can’t go back to standard height thumb sticks.

These are great while they last. I have purchased 4 pairs in 18 months if that gives you any indication. Honestly I can't play without them now, however I must stress that the longevity is quite lacking. The rubber is far too soft and you will see significant wearing within a week. After a month the rubber will begin to release from the plastic. Then you are on borrowed time. Within 4-6 months you will have to remove the rubber altogether.If they would simply score the plastic with any pattern so that it provides proper friction then the rubber wouldn't even be necessary.Great utility and performance but sorely lacks in longevity.
