Very good. Exactly what I wanted

I switched to this brand because my usual brand wasn't available, and it was too expensive elsewhere. So far, I am pleased with the results.

I bought Cordyceps because I was getting really tired by 3pm or so on my harder run days. After some fairly extensive reading, I was hoping that Coryceps could make the difference for me. After a couple of weeks I felt no real difference, either in my workout performance or recovery. I drink a BCAA mix before every workout so I simply add the Cordyceps to the drink. I am happy to report that they mix easily and thoroughly and do not change the flavor of the drink at all. In any event, after maybe the third week, I noticed the change. It is subtle but it is definitive. I simply have more energy all day. Not like crazy amphetamine energy but just not tired the way I was. I am also beginning to notice more actual energy during my runs though it is a very slight difference. I am wondering if this has something to do with the increased oxygen absorption that many claim Cordyceps deliver. Regardless, I am now done with my first bag and am absolutely ordering another. I can say with 100% certainty that Cordyceps Mushroom Extract Powder by Real Mushrooms works as advertised. Very good product! Oh, the only bummer is the zip lock bag broke on day one. Might have just been a one off. Will update if the second one does it.

(Edit/update at the end)...I've taken this on and off for a couple weeks. I never, ever get digestive issues... I always say I've got an iron stomach. I started getting issues (diarrhea and horrible cramps) a little after I started taking it. I take 1/2-1 tsp in the morning and feel sick maybe an hour after. It lasts maybe an hour (thank God). Am I sensitive to this mushroom? No. I've taken Stamets for months with no issue, even at large doses. I was kind of put off that these are sourced from China (seller assured me its organic and went on to remind me China is the birthplace of mushrooms as medicine..although I don't see how the latter proves China has integrity - currently. They are horribly dishonest especially when it comes to organic certification)...and the stomach issues sealed the deal. 30$ was also a bit pricy for me. 25$ would have been better. Total waste of money. I love my favorite brand but thought I'd try another brand. I think I'll just stick with what works for me. The owner of the company seems legit. This is not a Chinese company disguised as a solid brand (watch out for that!). Give them a try if you want, I don't see more than a couple reviews with stomach issues. Just something to keep in mind. Another point re: fruiting bodies vs mycelium. There are unique compounds found only in the mycelium.... Mycelium: 429 compounds. Fruit body: 91. Mushroom mycelium is immunologically active. Keep that in mind. This product contains fruit body only, for reference. UPDATE: I ended up finishing the package. Re: stomach issues, it went away by the third use. Its the only brand I've had that issue with, but it went away. I'd buy it again if it were cheaper.

My cats love the taste and mixes easily with wet food or Churu treats. Protects and supports the kidney function not only in older cats but can be used as preventative. Increases energy levels. Only 1/8 to 1/4 tsp once or twice a day. Pure mushroom extract with no grain/carbohydrate fillers. You get what you pay for.

I have COPD. It's been 2 weeks since I shifted to this brand from another brand that extracts from both mycelia and fruiting bodies. Since I started , I stopped using my nebulizer and steroid inhaler altogether. This afternoon I suddenly felt the beginnings of asthma - breathlessness, belabored breathing and fatigue. I was ready to start with the nebulizer again when I remembered that what I took in the morning was the different mushroom brand and not this REalMushroom Pure Cordyceps and so I took 1/2 tsp. My goodness! In just 30 minutes the breathlessness was gone. Just gone ! Also, I just felt this palpable but steady surge of energy. In fact , by early night time, I went on the treadmill , much to my hubby's surprise. Oh, and he was suffering from a stiff neck and in pain. When he saw I was like raised from the dead after taking this, he asked if it would help him with his muscle pain. So I googled and read Cordyceps also smoothens the muscles and thus inhibits lactic acid etc. I made him drink a shot (I don't like mixing with my drinks so I just mix it in very small quantity of hot water and take it in one shot ). Oh my goodness! He felt so much better after maybe an hour or so as well. I can't explain my excitement about this product. I hope the company keep the integrity in selling only pure extracts from fruiting bodies. More power !

I love real mushroom! I tried taking other brands but I get the worst headaches. I like the fact they only use the fruiting body. That really does make a difference. this with Lions Maine helps me focus.

After reading many of the good reviews for this product I decided to try it. I tried a different cordyceps more than 20 years ago, and it gave me too much adrenal surge. But some of the reviews on this product included benefits like better sleep. The first day I tried the recommended amount (once in the morning) and got to sleep with no problem, BUT... after about 3 hours I was wide awake for about 4 hours before I could get to sleep again. The same thing happened on days 2 and 3. I came to the conclusion that it must have caused a cortisol surge. Cortisol will help you wake up in the morning, but if it comes too soon, it may interfere with sleep. The gentle energy boost was good, but the interruption of sleep was not. I even tried putting it in a capsule and taking just one about a week later. Since I had found a product to help block cortisol it wasn't as bad, (though the dosage was much lower). But it still caused problems, so I decided this product is not for me. I also noticed having strange dreams. So if you try this just beware that it may cause some people to have difficulty sleeping.
