Bought this product with a lot of apprehension due to the reviews and lack of pictures, but I adore it!The way the product is designed is pretty simple; it comes with the main base with two hooks elongated outwards and dipped at the top for towels, two separate attachable baskets, an attachable soap holder, and two suction cups.━PACKAGING AND ASSEMBLY: The box the caddy came in was actually crunched considerably when it arrived. The corner of the box was crushed in and it looked as though something had become hooked inside of the package itself, which I found to be true when I attempted to pry it open.Assembly was easy enough, albeit confusing if you have no idea how to hook the attachable baskets and soap holder on (this can be seen in another review where, due to the angle of their attachable's, they clearly have either linked the baskets wrong or it is broken).━QUALITY: There were several complaints that stuck out to me in separate reviews that I will address.1. Rust - After two months of usage I found that i had no problems with rust. The chrome of the product seems to be holding up well at the moment, but I will update if I find that is deteriorating.2. Baskets / Hooks - The width gives a considerable amount of space for both mine and my roomies products, though I do wish they were a tad bit taller as I feel like my one good shove from toppling over. I also absolutely love the amount of hooks and hangers they give you on this caddy; it's great having a dedicated place to put my razor, face towel, and squeegee, but also no longer have to hang my towel over the shower wall.The only complaint I have is with the soap holder - it tilts back in a certain way that causes the soap to slide off once it reaches a certain width to squeeze through.━At the end of the day, I would not hesitate to buy this product again if something were to happen to my current caddy.

For years I have been trying to figure out a good way to store shampoo, conditioner, soap, scrubs, loofas, and assorted stuff in our tiny shower. I purchased suction cup holders which would always eventually fail, usually when I accidentally knocked them with my arm. Everything was too bulky and in the way. Hanging something from the shower head wasn't a good idea, either, because it got in the way of the spraying water. Out of sheer frustration, I looked at amazon, and came across this. I have never seen something like this before, or since. It holds huge bottles of shampoo and conditioner and lots of miscellaneous items, and the adjustable shelving is awesome. The only drawback is that soap tends to slip out easily. I solved that with a cheap silicone soap holder.

I was alerted to the problem of this shower caddy rusting by my SO over a month ago. I forgot about it but inspected the unit today, which is less than 60 days from hanging it up. The amount of rust at the joints is incredible. Looks like it has been in use for a couple of years instead of less than a couple of months. IF there were a .000000000001 star then this product should have that rating. DO NOT BUY THIS SHOWER CADDY! (AMZN CSC was wonderful in helping to resolve this problem situation!!!)

This is a very good design overall. Only problem I had with it was the ends of each shelf/bracket is blunt end. As I hung this on a glass shower I was worried about scratching (which it did slightly the first day). I solved this easily by putting the end caps meant for wire closet shelves on them. The company should provide them. You can see the white caps in the pictures from outside the shower.Also the clear plastic to pad the bracket as it hangs over the wall should be longer and slightly bigger as it wants to open and pop off easily.The surface stays free of soap scum and easily cleans.I am quite pleased with it compared to most other designs, I have tried many.

I purchased 2 of these for the 2 bathrooms in my house. The was hoping these would work with my sliding glass doors but it didn't. One of the sets came with a broken box too. It was a sign it wasn't meant to be. :( The caddy itself seems sturdy and I like how the racks are adjustable and there are hooks for shower accessories. I wish these worked out for my home. :(
