The tool is compact, well built and has a wide variety of functions that will take care of a lot of bike maintenance tasks. However, 90% of what I need it for is the screwdrivers/hex keys, and that function is awkward to use. The bits come in rubber pieces that are difficult to get in and out, and rather than being one self-contained fold out multi-tool, you end up with lots of loose bits to keep track of until you're finished and put everything back together - not very handy when you're out and about somewhere. Finally, because of the way the screwdriver functions are designed, you need a lot of clearance around the screw/bolt you're working on. I tried to adjust my saddle height today and could only make 1/4 turns at a time without the tool hitting the saddle or other parts of the frame.

Good quality, but the additional heads's rubber fitment on the tool itself is frustrating. It's super hard to put the allen head rubber back into the tool slot. It'd be better if the heads were magnetic as they fall out of the tool easily anytime you're not holding it vertically upright.I got this for its slim - ness and to that regard I'm not disappointed.My tool also came initially with a very noticeable scratch/dent but it wasn't on anything important so I never bothered sending it back.

I gave it 4 stars instead of four because it is lazy to not include details of every feature even if it is obvious. If the seller would post an instruction about all the "tricks" I will update to five. Otherwise if that does not matter to you than this will be a five star item to you.Also seller is very fast in responding and I DID NOT receive a discount but paid full for this item will be keeping it. Good buy.

This tool is OK. It's a little hard to use everything but the bolts wrench. You need to have a lot of space to use any of the screwdrivers or hex heads. The pieces are a little difficult to take out of the tool itself. They also slide out of the too very easily once you do try to use them.It is very compact and could come in handy when you have nothing else.

This is an excellent little tool. I'm traveling with my bike and without my regular bike tools. It's a little more difficult to use than a variety of dedicated tools, but for regular maintenance and small repairs it's great. Plus it fits anywhere.

This multitool is lightweight and has an appropriately sized wrench that can take my wheel off.Since 90% of my breakdowns are flats, this is invaluable.

Compact and durable. This is well worth the money. I would buy it again
