Does what it says.
Had had a shingles rash on my forehead for 6 months.Tried everything and it was still itching and red/cracked .within 4 days, the raised areas had settled down and the red is starting to fade.No itching at all.highly recommended

Good product but packaging unsatisfactory,
The pump failed on this item and no cream was obtained. Needing to use this cream, I had no choice at the time but to prise open the package and shake the cream onto my hand.

Good for acne
Witch hazel is really good for acne and a lot of other things.I got it primarily for my adult acne.It does work really well, but because of the purity there isn’t a lot in the tub

Excellent product - terrible packaging
This cream helped us survive chicken pox (twins of 10 months and a two year old). We bought the smaller one (pump was fine) then the larger (pump didn’t work) so like many reviews if you’re buying for the convenience of the packaging - look elsewhere.

Do a skin test first
I've never had a reaction to any of the ingredients listed on the container and I use other products that contain them. But I had to ditch this cream after one very painful use.I accept that it's probably great for the majority of users and I don't doubt that they benefit from it. It's relatively easy to dispense and it seems to go a long way, so if you get on with it, it's probably good value. But it left me with a red patch that looked like a burn and actually felt like one. I applied it early yesterday evening and the area is still inflamed 18 hours later. I'd applied it to a small area (about 8cm x 8cm) on my lower leg and the skin started burning almost immediately. As there was nothing left to wash off after rubbing it in, I had to use another product (a first aid ointment) to try to relieve the pain. I ended up with a worse problem than the minor one I started with.I tested the cream on the backs of my hands just to see if this was a one-off. (I know, daft thing to do, but science... ) My hands are pretty tough and I handle detergents, household cleaners, and decorating products all the time without gloves and never get reactions. But this ointment brought up a red rash on the backs of both hands and small weals that took hours to subside.I have no idea what caused it. As I said, none of the ingredients listed produce any reaction in me in other products, not even on my face or around my eyes. But if you have the slightest doubt about your skin's sensitivity, I would advise doing a skin patch test first before you apply it to areas that are already uncomfortable.

Great cream
I love the cream itself but I did find the pump failed ( it would come out around the sides rather that the pump after 2 or 3 uses) so I pulled it apart and put it in one of my containers

Really great product
I love this already! I have incredibly sensitive skin and get breakouts on my face very easily. I applied this after a pretty bad acne flare up and it has calmed down really fast! The witch hazel also helped stopped the flare up from spreading. The only negative is that the pump doesn’t work but I’ve seen from other reviews that you need to remove the sticker. This should be included in the instructions.
