I can see why the reviews are so good
This thing is fantastic. The battery life is plenty long for me and it’s small and light. Don’t be deterred by the 13.3” screen. It is sharp, the colors are beautiful, and the bezels around the edge are extremely small. Also, it feels very snappy with the 32GB of RAM. Dell did a great job with the design of this laptop. It feels very premium.

This is the best laptop I’ve ever owned.
Packed perfectly, works like a charm out if the box. Had a total of zero issues, and is stupid fast and just gorgeous. Can’t recommend this laptop enough.

Replacement laptop for the office
I had a previous version of this same laptop which was good but had a 4k screen which killed the battery life. The new version is way more powerful and has a big improvement on the battery. The screen is lower resolution but I can't really see the difference.Highly recommended

Bad after sales, BIOS issues after less than a month.
I bought total of 2 units for these. Their after sales support is bad. Started facing bios issues. Battery drains fast even when the laptop is sleep. Isnt worth the money. Try some other brand

Excellent but not perfect
Awesome computer in almost every way...Battery life is only 3-4 hours for me. Lack of USB ports is a problem. I would have gladly accepted a thicker computer that doesn't have these problems.
