I received the item before time. So very good delivery service.But I am not very happy with the pan itself. I did not expect it will be so flimsy and small. To me it seems overpriced. Handle is of cheap material ..don’t think it will stand the heat much. Liked the shape of the pan though and think it will be easy to handle as it is light weight. But not sure of its suitability of cooking Appam.I have kept it though, as I needed one. Did not bother to take trouble to send it back.

As a danish man, I needed a new æbleskiver pan, but new from my mother that you can't just buy any pan! Despite thus advice, i bought this non conventional pan and hoped it would be okay. It's not a heavy cast iron pan as you usually would use, but it still heated very evenly. I made 200 æbleskiver for my colleagues and they absolutely loved it! The nonstick layer worked a treat and cleaned so easily. 6 stars if I could!
