this soybean is less of a typical salty fishy miso and more like a beef and bean medium heat chili flavor. it's potent to eat straight so to get more mileage out of these i recommend using more water and adding your own cooked veg and meat bits, or at least cracking in an egg or two. with an oil packet and dark miso paste packet, this is one of the better ~70¢ fast cooking ramen bar values around.
