Single Adult Stethoscope - Crystal Clear Sound Acoustic Solid Color Tubing, Classic Model Maxiscope Red

This was a gift from me to me to use at work. I chose this bright orange color that could be seen/found easily. I was tired of my Litmann being borrowed or walking away from an area I was working at. I thought I’d try this upon the recommendation of a Respiratory Therapist. I can hear breath and bowel sounds much more clearly than any of the other three cheapie stethoscopes I bought for work. (No one wants to walk away with those, I notice!) I am happy with this purchase, but I could’ve been happier with a sale or maybe a discount. I do love a good sale price, but I’d say it’s very worth around the $40 regular price.

Works great! I have a Littman electronic scope that I constantly worry I will lose, or leave somewhere, and felt I needed something I didn't worry as much about. This is perfect. I find the sound equivalent to a Littman cardiology at a much lower price point. Several friends already had these , so I knew the quality was there. It's also pretty lightweight so I don't get fatigued from wearing it around my neck. As an ICU RN I need it readily available . I sometimes am asked to check on pts in other areas of the hospital, so need it with me on other units. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I borrowed a coworkers stethoscope (same company)-LOVED IT! Improved hearing and lightweight. The scope was about 5 years old, bright green and very professional looking and well-made. Purchased my own, very disappointed. Sounds were not as clear and the pink scope part was distinctly different in color from the tubing. The picture provided shows some of the difference but one would think it is the lighting of the photo...nope, it really is 2 different colors. Looked cheap and was not the quality of the scope I previously tried.

lightweight. cute colors, acoustics adequate. I work at a busy hospital (veterinary) and there is a lot of hard physical work required - so it gets bumped around a lot - which is probably why I dont' give it 4 or 5 stars in my case. The earpieces fall off a lot- have to be careful to screw them on tightly each week . And the diaphragm part falls off easily - so have to push it on tightly. I'm sure that it's only because my job is so physical - and if I worked a quieter job, it would be great! Not at all unhappy with it. Just probably should buy something sturdier next time!

Great scope, the sound is amazing and I love the pink color. Delivery took one week. I contacted the supplier and they got back to me that day which impressed me!After purchasing the scope though out bank account was put on a freeze because someone had tried to use our bank card for more then the amount that was in the account. This was the ONLY transaction that was made using the card. Since we use cash for most of our purchases. The scope is great! but not sure about the security of the bank account even though over a secure connection. I wasn't even using a personal computer I work at a hospital and purchased it while using one of the work computers so even with the hospital secure network and the "secure" website this still happened. I will use a pre paid visa card for now on.

Love these stethoscopes. I have a traditional ultra scope but needed a back up one. This is perfect, almost as good as the original ultra scope but 1/3 price. I love these because their great for listening to animals through fur.

I have a hearing deficit. I can hear lung sounds and heart murmers... THROUGH CLOTHING with this scope. Very happy with the purchase It came with an ID tag that I did not expect and that was a very nice touch. Thank you.
