Q: What is the difference between the passenger side and driver side catch can

The driver side is the cold air intake side the passenger side is the side where the oil air is separated.

Q: Will this fit the 2021 Bronco 2.7l?

This kit is designed for the F150. This kit is not designed to fit the 2021 Bronco.

Q: Which is the inlet side/fitting and which is the outlet/side on this catch can ? Or does it matter ?

Both hoses on my catch can were the same length. One you route the hoses and get everything secured it fits good. I wish there was a better design as the mounting bracket sticks up so high it looks like it would punch through the hood and it looks out of place. It works well and that's what matters.

Q: does anyone dump the oil back into the "fill"? It is oil from the engine after all.

I agree. Dump it out on the ground. You don't want that nasty stuff in your engine. I usually take some dawn liquid soap and wash out the container in the little creek behind my house.
