In order to test, you have to cut the soles to size, which prevents you from returning it. Not designed for smaller foot sizes. I wear a W7, and in order to fit the soles, it misaligns the knobs. My feet hurt WORSE after testing then out. I removed them after two hours as I was in so much pain.

I'm So HAPPY I got these bumpy inserts, they have helped cure about half of my Mal debarquement (Mdds) bouncing and swayed of my torso. It's a rare and horrible condition that most doctors can't help with except a vestibular physical therapist (to some extent). The first 2 days my feet felt a little uncomfortable and odd but then it was like amazing how it helped my condition. When my symptoms are up, I put these shoes on that have these very bumpy inserts and I feel immediate relief within about 10 minutes. If you have a balance condition or Mal debarquement, these are the BEST seven bucks of your life. You get used to them and then it feels WONDERFUL!!!!

Oh gosh... These... these things. I tried 4 other insoles, including another "Nature In Hand" product. I gotta say this was by far one of the worst. I have knots like you couldn't believe, the pressure I request during any massage is like super strength, hard. I like the "hurts so good" pain but this was not good. It just hurt. I wanted to wear something for relief during retail, on concrete no carpet, 11 - 13 hr shifts. The insoles were perfect length, I kept them at full length, thin, easily fit in shoes, smelled out... but kind of nice, and packaged well. I can't say they did well though. The especially puffy bumps in the sides of the insole really hurt. It was like when you have pebbles in your shoe, but one spot. I really did try to wear these to see if it got any better and it didn't. I had to step away from the floor to remove them mid-shift. Awful.
