72"x19" XXL Dancing Bubble Fountain, Floor Standing, Color Lights/Remote Ctrl by Jersey Home Decor

Took a great bit of risk spending close to $1000 (tax + shipping) on this product since I couldn't check it out ahead of time. But after a little over a month I am very pleased. The design is more elegant than I thought and it is truly beautiful. I have wood floors and was looking for a fountain that had no leakage at all. This fountain fit the bill. It is also very very quiet. With that said I have noticed a very faint squeel from one of the jets. But is not a problem. I did notice that the air pump is made in australia and currently can not be purchased in the US directly. This is the one item that can wear out so I ordered another spare pump through customer service. They were very reasonable on the price at $28. After 3 weeks I am still waiting to receive it. Another concern was to find a fountain that required very little refilling. The 72" x 17" fountain when empty requires about 3.5 to 4 gallons of de-ionized water to fill it up. So after a month I would estimate it has lost only about 2 cups of water which was barely noticeable. Overall I would rate this product as 5 stars and well worth the approx. $1000. My only concern is the long term reliability. But, definitely recommend to all. It was also very easy to assemble. It took more effort to get rid of the boxes.....

My product arrive in two parts, the acrylic tank came more than a week later (that happens). Yet when I assembled it the tall tank was warped, even to the eye, which is obvious in it's installation location. The decided to not negotiate a solution. I liked the item, but a 1000$ item should not be defective I think.

First off, directions are a bit confusing and illustrations need to be in color so you can actually make them out. That being said after fumbling through everything for a little while I was able to get it put together( doesn't require a lot of installation in the first place).You will need about 5 gallons of distilled water on hand to fill it up and I used a funnel to fill it up with out making a big mess.My one concern when I made the purchase was will paying almost a thousand dollars be justified in my eyes when all is said and done. My answerultimately was absolutely, it lit up my living room and looks beautiful! The bubbles swirling around and colors just look amazing and puts a big smile on my face!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It has been problematic from the beginning and the seller is very difficult to deal with. Only had the product less than 2 years. First it started leaking from the pilot holes drilled in the acrylic which is a poor design. The bond started failing between the spacer and the acrylic panel which is evident in the attached photos. This caused water to leak from the hole and is a clear defect is design. Had to plug all the holes with silicone as instructed by the seller. Several months later, I come home and water was all over my floor! Noticed that acrylic panel has now cracked at one of the spacers. This obviously is not repairable. Spent over $2,500 on this piece of crap that now must go in the garbage. Don't waste your time and money. See attached pics which do not lie.

I purchased this exact item through their website (not through Amazon). It worked great for 11 months and last week two jets on the pump died (see image). I've e-mailed them twice to no response, and tried calling them today. The number goes straight to voicemail. I'll be reporting them to the BBB and TrustPilot as well. Consider yourself warned!
