I have a hard time finding the right cystic acne treatment for my sensitive skin and had almost given up on finding a product that could effectively treat my cystic acne without causing irritation or dryness. But this product worked for me. It's gentle yet powerful, and it really targets those deep, painful pimples that seem impossible to get rid of. I can apply it directly to the affected area and within a day or two, the redness and swelling are significantly reduced. And the best part is that it doesn't leave any scarring or dark spots. I also have always had these big red pimples and this product helped clear my congested cheek and forehead too. I feel more confident now. My skin always feels soft and has that natural glow. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first because I have tried so many other spot treatments that didn't work for me, but this one actually did. I use it as part of my daily skincare routine and it has really made a noticeable difference in the appearance of my skin.

For more that 35 years, I gotten off and on large Cystic type bump or two on either my buttocks area or on my inside leg near my groin area, they can get painful, never any fluid coming out. Seems to flare-up when I'm wearing jeans and sweating like crazy or seated in cloth covered chairs for a long period of time.I searched the net and found this cream, although I'd get some relief with an acne cream, it took many weeks to reduce the swollen bump and a month or more to disappear. I had to experiment with this cream and after a year I have to say it does work, NO it's not instant but for any small bumps I can keep them from swelling to being gone within a week or two. Large one takes about 2 to 3 weeks, a little goes a long way and do try to put it only on the bump.I do use original OTC Cortizone 10 Maximum Cream (white) on top to ease any pain or itch and that works quite well and quite fast. I paid for this cream and I am not a tester.This cream does work for Cystic Type bumps in the private area on the legs and buttock area

The first time I bought this, the smell was amazing. Then I couldn’t find the product for some time. When it returned for sale I stocked up. The container was larger and I was hopeful. The smell is still good but different. It works well as a moisturizer and having sensitive skin, this is a plus. I don’t know how well it works at eliminating, lessening, or helping cystic acne per se, but does help decrease the duration of the pimples.

This product is the only acne spot treatment I have ever found that does not cause my sensitive skin to break out in a rash and does not give me more acne. Please never stop making this product and please never change it! Finally after not being able to treat my acne, I started using this and it actually worked. Some of my weird pigmented spots went away too! I started using it December 2nd and it's currently may 13th.I also started using a separate product called ACURE Radically Rejuvenating Whipped Night Cream, and that helped a lot too especially when used together.VERY happy with the results! I'll update if anything changes tho.Edit: I wanted to add that I use it over my entire face every morning, regardless of if i have acne that day or not. It prevents the acne from forming in the first place.Also since that method uses a lot of product, I make it last longer by spritzing some pink salt water (or plain water) on my face before applying the cream. This helps spread it around so that it covers a larger area.Have been using for almost 2 years now and I'm still very happy with it.

I tried the whole line of products from the wash to the creams. Was really great about using it as directed. All I did was break out in giant boils (worst ever -- I even waited thinking they needed to come out and then it would clear -- but no!). I tried it for a month and gave in to a cheap bottle of Benzoyl Peroxide https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0014VTOAQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details for $5. I got an additional facewash with benzoyl peroxide (as natural as I could find! I'm a vegan but my skin is just bleh and sensitive!), BUT this super cheap combo wiped out all acne in 36 hours. I have painful cystic acne that I pick them because they hurt so much. I am so grateful to find something now, but sad that I have spent so much money searching. If this works for you, I am happy for you. It did nothing for me, and with all the positive reviews -- I was so hopeful! Their room sprays are great!

Got it about 3 weeks ago and started putting it on once I got it at first it looked like it was working but they never went away just made em small. Also when you open your can it looks used mine had black greasy looking stuff on it not worth 20 bucks honestly
