These are gelatin capsules- probably of an animal base since it is not specified to be vegetable based. They are on the larger size at about 1". The directions are rather vague compared to more detailed directions I have seen on similar products. This 60 pill bottle would be a 30 day supply- I do like the ingredient label listing simple to understand read items- not a lot of chemicals. Nice expiration date stamped on bottle bottom- 3 years out.No country of origin listed. The smell was not over powering and I highly suggest taking with a lot of water to make sure product makes its way down to the stomach.Nothing worse than burping up dissolved pill powder. After taking a week I did notice no jittery feeling and some appetite suppressant properties. I think to get even better weight loss results you would need to take these every day for a while- should I achieve greater results I will amend my report- I did get this bottle of 60 capsules as a sample at no cost for testing, inspecting and reviewing. I was not compensated and am not required to write this review and this is my experience with this product.

I've taken a lot of herbal supplements in my day, to lose weight, to reduce appetite, you name it. Most of those things have just been a waste of money. However, this product actually works and works VERY well. You do not feel jittery or shaky, it does not have a caffeine effect. But I honestly go through more than half the day without realizing that I haven't eaten anything. You simply do not get hungry. It actually becomes more of a chore or an appointment to get something to eat. And for me this has meant the end of snacking. So yes buy this product, buy it in bulk. Because who knows when something that works this well is simply not going to be available anymore.

not working for me

I love that this product is free of stimulants, and is all natural. I haven't take it for too long yet, but can tell you from my limited exposure to it, that it does what it claims it does. My appetite has been completely under control while taking this supplement. I'm looking forward to seeing what longer term use will do for me. :) This is my first experience with caralluma fimbriata. I"m excited to see what happens by the time I'm done with this first bottle. :)
