Great travel idea
I purchased this as a gift for a friend who is a world traveler and really, really hard to shop for. She really loves it and it is now always in her carry-on. I could not find a similar product anywhere else I looked and nothing even close for the same price. It's going on my Christmas list next!

A great product
The package contains all I needed for a comfortable stopover at the airport. The blanket is beautifully lightweight and warm and the mask soft and truly light excluding. It all rolls up compactly to fit back into my carry-on.

The new travel diet - smell an airplane pillow, lose appetite for a month.
Ew[...] Unless you got the amazing good fortune of being handed a new pillow, you can have the dubious pleasure of smelling the heads of scores of travelers, and your head is only as clean as the worst person who rested her head upon this sparsely stuffed cushion, An airline employee, being questioned as to why a supposedly new pillow smelled like a bus station restroom, confided that the pillows and blankets are merely gathered and sealed into bags for reuse. The airline had decided it was much cheaper to toss such things after several dozen uses than washing the items between passengers.Enter this little kit! your very own blanket, a tiny pillowcase for the skeevy pillow issued to you as you entered the flying bus, I mean, plane. A trip the the big-box store for a $3 pillow and a flat twin sheet will provide the few things left out of the Burt's Bees kit. Either way, a travel kit will keep you far more comfortable as you fly to a place that's wonderful (vacation) or not (work).
