Neil M Men's Murphy Tassel Loafer

The design is beautiful and the lines are gorgeous!.. I get some many compliments on these. They fit really well!.. The only issue I have with them is, like others have said in their reviews, they don't grip very well on slick surfaces like marble or stone.

Not sure how to rate these. Purchased three pair of black /gaucho and was extremely pleased. This is a quality shoe and fits me similarly as an alan edmonds or cole haan. I saw the walnut shoe available on sale and figured it was a no brainer. Ordered and was dismayed to see a plastic sole with rubber heel. This is not what is shown on Amazon site or Neil M site. This was a red flag for me as it no doubt denotes lower quality. The Gaucho shoe was made in Mexico, Since JM, and Cole Haan shoes have leather soles at similar price points I returned the Neil M instead of seeing how the plastic sole performed.My original purchased shoes with leather soles are a five star rating for me.

Had done some homework before I bought these, and am glad I did. Great shoes so far, seem much more durable than comparable J&M tassel loafers. Key will be to see how sole wears..

I have a narrow foot and it's hard to find a shoe that works. This is my second pair of Neil M shoes but the first Loafer which is the hardest style to get the right fit. This shoe works on all counts. It has a very comfortable inset that make the shoe hug my foot. All in all, a very solid shoe at a great price. My only regret is that they don't make the style in a solid black color.

Felt good when first put them on, realized they were to big ( 10.5 EE ). Immediately boxed up and returned. Tried to buy ( 10 EE ) as I was finishing printing my return auth. but the site listed the same shoe for one hundred and four dollars more !!! Will purchase the shoe at the price I paid initially, not at the higher price. THX. Royal B Kirkby

All Neal M shoes are the most comfortable I have owned. I need a high arch support so I simply remove the insert and use a 10 seconds arch support. Unfortunately, there is not much of a style range for Neil M. Bottom line I try to wear them every time I am going to be doing a lot of walking such as through airports. They are as comfortable as my Ecco golf shoes.

Very comfortable, stylish, and good quality. The sole is different than depicted in the advertisement photo. Overall, I'm very happy with the product.

Probably the best shoe I ever bought and I've bought many throughout my 59 yrs. I normally wear an 8.5 EEE but read some of the comments stating it was a size larger than anticipated. I took their advice and bought a half size smaller and it fits perfectly in length and width. Great insole support making this very comfortable. Great find on Amazon!!
