Value for money
To be honest I wasn’t expecting much for the price but wow was I pleasantly surprised!It’s a really nice finish and the LED bulbs are nice and bright.Easy installation and looks very sleek.I would highly recommend this

A bit fidley
This is a great light. My only reason for a 4* rating is because the space behind the light where the wires go could have been either bigger or deeper or both. Was a bit fidley in places getting everything in.Apart from that great unit

Poor customer service
The product seems robust but confused by the wiring - yellow/green, black and white! Wiring does not correlate with the instructions, which refers to blue/grey wires (there are no blue/grey wires). And to make it more complicated for the electrician, the earth was pre-wired in to the Live port, see photos. Considering this is an electrical item, the instructions need to be clearer about which wires they are referring to. I emailed the seller several times asking for clarification but they refused, saying they are just a sales team. They are now ignoring me. Very poor customer service.
