I have been taking the Nutrinalis brand of Turmeric Curcumin after my workouts for several months now and find that it significantly speeds my muscle recovery time.What makes this brand really effective is the Bioperine it contains (very high quality black pepper). Bioperine helps absorb the Curcumin into the bloodstream, which in turn allows you to reap the full benefit of taking Turmeric Curcumin. Many other brands do not contain Bioperine or they contain much lower dosages of it, which in turn significantly reduces the real benefits of taking Turmeric Curcumin.I am especially happy that Nutrinalis now offers this in the larger 120 capsule per bottle version with a significant cost advantage over the 60 count bottles I used to purchase from them in the past.

I’ve been taking various brands of turmeric for over two years now for arthritis in my joints and herniated discs in my neck. I am definitely a proponent for the use of turmeric instead of the standard over-the-counter NSAIDs as it does not cause the gastrointestinal problems that ibuprofen, naproxen, or aspirin can cause with extended usage.This brand of turmeric contains BioPerine which helps with the absorption of the turmeric. I like this because, in the past, I had been taking my BioPerine as a separate pill; this eliminates the need for that. Like all turmeric, the capsules smell spicy, but not as strongly as some that I’ve had in the past.The suggested dose is two capsules (1200mg) daily with a meal. I believe this is a good starting dose for most people. For myself, I have been taking 1000mg twice daily to manage my pain. You have to figure out what works best for you.This brand of turmeric says that it is “extra strength,” but I do not consider this to be an extra strength dose. This seems to be the standard dose on most bottles of turmeric. If I could, I would take off half a star just for that.Price wise, this is about an average price per serving on this turmeric. The bonus would be that it contains the BioPerine.All in all, I would recommend Nutrinalis’s Turmeric for any joint pain you may be suffering from.
