I love these bags! Plenty of room to write all your info on and it holds a good 7 ounces without being too bulky (I freeze them flat). They are pretty durable and lay flat nicely. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because 1) the top doesn't tear evenly and sometimes tears too close to the zipper part, and 2) They are RIDICULOUSLY hard to open. I actually threw one bag away because I just couldn't get it opened! Not sure if it's just my order, I'm a weakling, or something is actually wrong with them. I'm betting it's cause I'm a weakling. So, if anybody has arthritic-like hands, don't buy these.Update: after having these for a few weeks, I have determined these are by far the best. Instead of tearing at the top, I used scissors right at the very top, giving me maximum amount of tab to pull apart. And voila, it was so easy to open the bags! As for writing on them, I use a non-toxic permanent marker. I love that these bags have plenty of space to write all the information you need. Also, it's very easy to remove the air out of them. The company has very great customer service and addressed my concerns from my earlier review. I will get these bags from now on through them. I highly recommend these bags!Update: wake med just called to tell me that after weighing my donation, turns out I had 541 ounces! She said that they had thawed a couple of bags for testing and no leaks. She was really impressed with the bags and liked how well organized they are.

I initially received my purchase of breastmilk bags exactly as advertised and within the promised time frame. The package comes with 100 durable, pre-sealed and marked plastic bags, separated into two smaller boxes within the larger box. Each bag provides a space for the baby's name, the volume of breastmilk, and the date/time to be hand-written on one side. Shortly after receiving my order, I noticed that the occasional pre-sealed bag would tear apart when I was trying to open it, which wasted a bag before I could fill it with milk. Around the same time, I received an email from NurtureRight requesting feedback on their product, which I provided (almost entirely satisfied, aside from the occasional torn bag). Not only did NurtureRight immediately offer to send me a NEW box of 100 breastmilk bags for free, without sending back my initial order; but they went further to offer me my choice of any item from their storefront (I ended up choosing a box of edge protectors worth approximately $20), also free of charge. They continued following up until I assured them that I was completely satisfied with my customer experience (which didn't take long!). I would highly recommend NurtureRight's products AND their customer service approach.

I've been an oversupplier since the moment I had my first baby, so I've used A LOT of different breast milk bags. I was hoping these would be good, grabbed them during a special, and couldn't wait to try them. Literally the worst bags I've ever used. Material feels like medela bags, I don't like that type of style, and the first 3 bags, I opened the first bag, poured my milk and I couldn't seal it, I asked everyone in my house, until we realized the zipper was still stuck together but one side detached from the plastic wall, so it was an opening we wouldn't be able to seal, tried 3 more times, all of them broke. I gave up. The best bags in my experience have been Parent Choice and UP&UP (the older versions were better of course, but the new updated ones also do the job well.) I'm so sad I didn't like these bags.UPDATE:Pros - Freeze flat, seem durable, great customer service.Cons - Not easy to pour out of bag, hard to open (not ideal for donors, too much contact with the seal), some seals were still defective, had a bag leak, and another one didn’t seal properly and my milk spilled at work.Overall: For the price, it’s not worth it.

These bags are great! There's a thick double seal so it seems like the milk is secured very well. The bag also measures accurately, I've never poured expressed milk into a storage bag and had the same measurements but I do with these bags. I think the bags measure so well because of the structure of the plastic, they remind me of Kiinde bags in terms of the structure of the bag and durability but Lansinoh bags in terms of design. There's plenty of room to write on the bag as well and it can easily fit more than 6 oz.The only reason why I didn't give this item 5 stars is because of two reasons:1.) I feel like it's too difficult to open which is also a good thing because it means once it's closed correctly the milk is safe inside (hopefully) but requires a little force, not the best situation with a sleeping baby in hand.2.) I open these bags upside down. There seems to be a manufacturing flaw to me - when the bags are opened, bits of plastic fall inside. I don't want my little ones ingesting that. At first I thought it was only one bag so didn't think much of it but it happened to the second bag too; I simply flipped the bags upside down and shook out the excess plastic then filled. However instead of possibly running into that problem again I just open the bags upside down so no plastic falls inside and shake to be sure.I have yet to thaw any frozen milk so that's as far as my review goes but I'll be sure to update when that time comes. I would definitely repurchase these bags.

Update post (2 stars so far):Customer service is sending a new batch of bags that will hopefully be more sturdy than the original box I purchased. Will update posting after they’ve been received and used (don’t want to loose my liquid gold by using damaged bags!). Thanks to customer service for reaching out so quickly!Original post (1 star);I was hoping these bags would be equivalent to other brands I’ve used. But the quality is not there. When opening these bags to pour in expressed milk, one has to rip a perforated seam - easy enough, but then opening the zip lock seal breaks the seal from the bag rendering it unusable. I opened 5 in a row that the zipper seam cane right off of the rest of the bag. Cheaply madeZ very disappointed.

Ideal. I don't get an accurate reading on what exact ml is in the bags. This however doesn't bother me too much as you can judge roughly by eye.

The bags arrived on time. They are strong,don’t snap or lick. Very simple to use and lock securely too. Will be purchasing more. Can’t complain one bit. Thank you very much.

Ottimo per qualitá e prezzo. Anche migliori di marca più nota in Italia perché lasciano meno odore di plastica al latte quando lo si scongela. Funzionali per stare in piedi anche in frigo così da poter aggiungere latte fino ad arrivare alla quantità desiderata. La scala graduata non ê molto attendibile, meglio segnarsi le quantità misurate nel tiralatte ma essendo un sacchetto fa comunque bene il suo lavoro. Se dovessi averne ancora bisogno riprenderei questi!

Ottimi!! La confezione è più rigida di quelli che avevo già provato prima, mi da la sensazione di maggior sicurezza (negli altri qualcuno forato lo avevo trovato, per ora questi nulla). Molto capienti e chiusura sicura. Unica cosa non hanno uno spazio per scrivere a penna data e volume. Si potrebbe fare con penne indelebili, ma andando scritto proprio sopra a dove va il latte non mi fido. Ho risolto applicando etichette adesive.
