Wonderful Wheelchair for My Wife
My wife has lung cancer and COPD. She can walk but requires oxygen and walking anywhere makes her completely winded. This wheelchair is fantastic. We have had it for a couple of months now and for the frequent doctor's appointments it has made both of our lives so much better. It is light and easy to wheel her around yet is made very well. I have a small SUV and it collapses easily and fits into the back with no problem at all. It is not too heavy to lift in either. My wife is only 5'4" and weighs about 120 lbs. but the 16" wide chair is perfectly comfortable for her and it fits through doorways without any problem at all. In fact, I sat in it and it is very comfortable for me (and I am 6' tall and weigh about 225 lbs.) It maneuvers well when there is not a lot of room and when I take her out, she has to have oxygen so I have to coordinate her and the carriage for the oxygen. This wheelchair allows me to coordinate both with no problem. It came basically assembled and is very easy to open and fold down for putting in the car. The feet rests are easily detachable and adjust very easily. The best thing was the price. I wasn't sure that for this reasonable price, it would be made that well or stand up to extended usage but so far it is perfect. I could have spent a lot more on another wheelchair with a few more fancy features, but for something that really works well and is reasonably priced, I am extremely happy with our purchase and how well it works for us.

Wonderful
Got this for daughter who has terrible neuropathy to help husband get her to. And from doctors easier and not have to rely on when chairs at offices. Folds up to go in car. Being able to keep her legs elevated while in wheelchair has been a huge blessing

Almost Perfect
Overall, this is a great wheelchair. Great price. Easy to maneuver, a good size (18"seat) to get through doorways. The problem I had was that instructions for assembly, which, to be fair, was just how to attach the foot/leg rests, were not included. It seemed simple enough, but when I put them on, it made no sense. I called my more mechanically adept boyfriend who came over, looked at it for a couple of minutes, and realized that the foot rests had been switched. They were on the wrong attachments. I had called customer support before that, and the representative was nice, but I was send instructions without illustrations, like "attach doohickey to thingamajig...". I have to suspect that this was a return, otherwise it would have been a factory error, and I would think some instructions would have been included. I've been assembling all the necessary accoutrements for my newly disabled mother, and have never had a problem, as long as there was illustrated guidance. Another thing, which seems to be an issue with other wheelchairs, too. The brake is really difficult to set. My mother is 99. I am a "youthful" 76, but it was really hard for me, too. The solution is a simple fix; wheelchair brake extenders. For under $10, available on this site. To put them on, you need to remove the rubber covers on the brake lever, stick them on (I used a rubber mallet to get them on nice and tight). It was like night and day, so easy now.

Great chair, especially for the price, easy and cheap to customize for comfort and convenience.
Purchased for a couple of months of non-weight bearing living because I have a leg in a cast. It arrived quickly. So far I have been very happy with this chair. It maneuvers easily and can fit in tight spaces. The leg/footrests attach and detach quickly and easily. They are adequately padded and the plastic foot rest on the bottom is sturdy enough for short term use. They raise and lower easily. Since the canvas seat is very basic and because the screws (that attach to the handles you pull on to collapse the chair) were annoying, I purchased an Everlasting Comfort seat cushion ($37) which fit the 18 inch chair perfectly and is really comfortable. Well worth the extra expense and also purchased here on Amazon. I also purchased a side bag ($20) to keep my phone in and a few other personal items. I added a very handy undercarriage canvas storage attachment ($24) that also fits the 18 inch chair perfectly and attaches with sturdy Velcro straps. Lastly I added a cup holder for about ($13). With the cost of the wheelchair ($154) I spent about $250 and have been very happy with my wheelchair setup. It does take some effort to roll it on carpeting so it’s nice if someone is around to give you a push instead; however, on tile or hardwood floors it is easy to roll yourself. Cement and asphalt are a bit bumpy but not bad. I am going to add a drag chain because my flooring combined with this chair builds up static electricity and the small shocks are unpleasant. Overall I give this 5 stars because in addition to being a very serviceable and easy to use wheelchair, the entire set up was way cheaper than going through my insurance and the price I was going to be charged otherwise.

Very durable
Very durable yet light weight. I was skeptical because the price is so decent but I am impressed.

Bought for my mom as replacement for borrowed one. Works well, nice & sturdy. Easy to adjust height from 19 to 17.5 inches. Make sure you tighten the bolts properly. She likes to keep her feet near the ground, and uses both her feet and her arms to move around. Not a easy to roll as other one but she is getting used to it. Does need a nice cushion if sitting in it for a while. hers is 3" deep (2 layers). Con- If at 17.5" the handles at the rear are too low (I am 5'8") and I need to bend over a bit to push it. *** the rear handles also need to extend higher.
