Works a treat, but expect strife with the connectors
The torch works exactly like you'd expect it to. It's a simple design, gas tap to stop and control the flow of gas. Gas nozzle sizes are nice, but I'd like a bigger one in there too... but you get what you pay for and this is plenty. You light it manually, there's no trigger mechanism, it's just a simple torch. The hose is nicely long, but this is where things will get interesting. The 5m hose comes with a female 3/8 straight left handed thread coupler on both ends. Finding a coupler for this is going to cause you grief. They exist, but if you don't know you need one then YOU NEED ONE, or some alternative. If you don't already have a gas bottle with an outlet tap the correct size, and you're using the kind of regulator that comes with barbecues, then good luck. I tried many combinations of couplers from various places, including Amazon, Screwfix and a place that did Calor bottles. This whole thing is a rabbit hole. The end result was I had a male and a female coupler that have a 1/4" inner diameter clamp connector on each, screwed them together, and just used hose clamps to make the connections between the regulator and the hose that comes with the torch. I had to cut the end off of the 5m hose as well as the connector off of the hose that was on the regulator... but it works. There are better ways to go about this, naturally, but if you're buying this you should know: getting it attached to a gas bottle is going to require a regulator and an effective method of coupling the 5m hose to the gas bottle regulator... and don't expect the right coupler to be easy to find.

Does the job I wanted it for.
Slightly disappointed when I received the package that the hose I had ordered as part of the kit was missing.A quick email to the supplier and sorted and delivered in roughly 48 hours and no hassles from the supplier. The knob that regulates the flame fell off as it seems the screw was loose. Not an issue for me as I have set to the flame size and intensity I wanted and just switch off the gas supply from the regulator. As I’m planning on using the torch with the middle sized burner and it’s going to be mounted with the burner inside a forge to get it started quicker and hotter it’s not an issue.Does what it said and once adapted won’t be an issue for me.

Great item but be careful of the threads.
Good little regulator, works well but daily strip down will wear the threads out in as little as 3 weeks. I now leave it connected to prolong its life expectancy
