Nor very happy with them. They provide very little protection against knife slashes and almost none in hand to hand use.They are not good for blocking knife thrusts because if you use them in a realistic manner your arms still get bruised and extremely sore.They definately did not luve upto my expectations . If they are to be used for easy training they are fine, but for any kind of realistic training g using force they aren't worth it.

These are excellent for protecting your forearms while still giving you enough sensation that you have been "touched". Reduces the impact by about 70% and still allows free movement.Easy to wash and easy to use.
